This way and that way. Any health enthusiast with one of those weird muggle step trackers attached to their wrist would be elated by the count at the end of any Hogwarts' student's day. From the Slytherin dungeons to the tops of the towers, they all trudged along in the seemingly endless march it took to transverse the ancient castle. Not to mention Harvey had small legs! He was no part-giant after all! Yet that was simply what it took to for the magical youths of the U.K. to receive their education. So, onward he walked through the crowded corridors of Hogwarts as he attended his classes for the day. As physically demanding as it was, the journey at least allowed for plenty of people watching. Harvey had the height advantage to sneak in under the radar. Well, to call it an advantage was a stretch as the little part-goblin was often easily overlooked by the upperclassmen that regularly towered over him, but it did offer a unique perspective of the student body.
When the last class of the day concluded, Harvey made his way back out into the corridors, but this time he would step off to the side and let the mass of students pass him by. The free time allotted to them after the end of lecture and before the start of dinner was always a treat, but with such a busy schedule it was always hard to decide on what to do. The library for a bit of extra study? Always useful. Especially to study those damn star charts that always caused him so much trouble, but Harvey yearned for something more exciting. Perhaps a trip outside for a bit of fresh air and maybe to stalk some quidditch players. He really was determined to have one of those jocks in his friend circle. They were always so quick and strong. His court needed a dashing knight after all, but maybe a trip to the courtyard to eaves drop on the latest Hogwarts gossip would better serve him. Hard to be a master of whispers if you aren't listening.
However, before Harvey could reach any decision it would seem that fate had a different course of action planned for the boy. His dark, beady eyes looked up and made contact with someone he had never seen before...
