Hello everyone,

As you may know, I was unable to come online recently. This decision has been on my mind for a long time, I've spent a lot of time thinking about this knowing that sadly sooner or later, this moment would arrive...

Studying is incredibly important for my future and I'm going to take one of the major exam of my life. HIO has become more than just a roleplay site to me. It feels like a second home a place filled with amazing people. To be honest, I’ve grown so attached that it’s been hard to step away but I’ve realized that my studies need to take priority right now.

Because of this, unfortunately, I’ll be taking a break for a year.

I’m truly sorry, @Brookline Quinn, @Emily Shephard, @Aston Beckett, and @Kiera Roseline for leaving our RPs unfinished. It wasn’t an easy decision and I really wish I could continue. I’ll still stop by now and then to check in and keep things in place, but I won’t be roleplaying during this time.

I’ll miss you all so so much. Thank you for making this experience so special. I hope to return in the future but until then, I’m wishing you all the best.

This isn't the end, Elvenia! Focus on your studies, they are much more important. We'll miss you, but will be waiting for your comeback. Take your time in coming back as well. And don't be shy to pop into the ooc let's chat thread to say hi.

I’ll miss you, and Brookie’ll be missing her Vivi but you keep a hold on your OOC life. Once you get back, we could backdate as much as we can and the doors’ll be wide open!

Aw, I’m sorry to hear of you stepping away from Hio. But, yes, take care of your real life responsibilities. As much fun as this site is, real life does come first. Take all the time that you need! I hope you have the opportunity to check in every so often!
