xxxWhile the first theme was underwater and the second was the beach, this theme would be based in the forest. The moment one entered a cabin with this theme, one would be able to hear the gentle pitter patter of rain falling in a forest. And if one looked out the clear window, students and adults alike would see a lush green forest filled with tall trees that formed a light canopy. Every once in a while, if people stared outside observantly they would see creatures native to the forest that was recreated. Perhaps they could see a squirrel, or colourful birds, and perhaps even a moose. A person familiar with forests may be able to identify the view as one from the North American continent. The fog would phase in and out throughout the week the students were there. The living room would be warm and cozy, with a fireplace, as well as a beautiful rug that filled up the place. There would be multiple couches as in the other themes, although they would be dark and brown and black to fit the foggy forest scene. The dining room table would be made of stained wood and fit all eight members of the cabin together, where they could play games, study, or even eat a snack they brought from Beauxbatons' dining hall. There would also be a square coffee table made of wood as well. The bedroom would feel homey and rustic, as if one was camping in a wood cabin up north. The view of the forest would still be visible and the columns and roof of the bedroom would be shaped like a tree trunk. Bunk beds would line the opposite wall so that the view of the forest would be visible from every bed, but at night time the curtains would cover the windows so that people could sleep without the disturbance of light. This cabin would have candle holders the shape of a small cottage in each of the rooms for light at night.

โ As the first day of the trip to Beauxbรขtons slowly came to an end, and everyone went to sleep as they were all tired after the trip to France, Lyanna couldn't stop thinking about all the fun she would have during the next few days. As her mind wandered, she thought of how unfortunate it was that the trip would only last a week before returning to Hogwarts. Lingering on that thought, Lyanna decided that even though they wouldn't stay long, she would do everything she could to make their week at Beauxbรขtons a memorable one. And that was when she thought of a brilliant idea.
Quietly getting out of bed, Lyanna slipped on her clothes and crept out of the bedroom. Sitting down on one of the couches beside the coffee table, she took a piece of parchment and started writing by candlelight. Once she was done, satisfied with her work, seven identical invitations were stacked on top of each other on the coffee table she had been writing on. They were invitations for a Campfire & S'mores Games Night for the following evening. Lyanna then placed each of the invitations on the trunk of her fellow cabin mates. Tired, she went back to bed and immediately fell asleep.
When Lyanna woke up the next day, she was very excited. Tonight would be awesome, she was sure of it! As the day continued, she made a mental note of everything she wanted to do:
Outside:
-Make a campfire
-Prepare and eat dinner together
-Have s'mores and marshmallows
-Tell stories around the fire
-Play outside games (eg gobstones?)
Inside:
-Play (card) games (eg exploding snap, charades, telephone)
-Do/think of pranks
-Tell stories in a fort
-Eat snacks
While some of these were more muggle games and traditions, Lyanna knew a lot about them because her father was a muggleborn. When he sun finally started to set, Lyanna was very excited to finally see who would show up. Apart from games, s'mores, and stories, she had also planned for them to cook dinner together, so that would certainly set the mood! Now it was just time to wait and see who would participate! โ

โฝAvery had woken up that morning to find an invitation from her bestie, Lya. It was for a Games Night by a campfire! Avery couldn't wait! She had never had s'mores before, so she was eager to find out what they tasted like. All she knew was that it had chocolate and marshmallows and graham crackers! Her mouth watered. All of those things put together sounded delicious! She couldn't wait for that night!
After spending the whole day with a new friend, she walked back to the cabin to get cleaned up. Her hair was crazy and wind blown and really needed a good brushing. Once she had gotten inside, she brushed her fluffy brown hair with her brush before putting it in two braids. It would really keep it out of her face if they were around a campfire tonight. Then she checked her clothes. Making sure they were ready before walking outside towards when she saw her bestie, Lya, waiting by a fire.
Avery ran over to the girl and gave her a big hug. "Thank you so much for doing this! I really need to get my mind off everything that's been happening!" Avery smiled. This would be the perfect night to end a really tough day for her. โฝ
