The First step is always the hardest.
Train ticket in hand, Rachel walked to the train station with her aunt by her side. She was a bit nervous, shed never been away from home for a night much less a whole school year.
"Do you think they'll be dragons!" She asked with excitement, "or Pegasi, or pixies!" She continued. Her long hair covering her eyes as they walked in.
"Well, i don't think so.. Usually they aren't on campus. You may see one fly overhead but i doubt it. You may meet a centaur, but even those are rare."
Her face turned to one of disappointment as they got farther in. They walked to the arch between platforms 9 and 10.
"Hey, Wheres platform 9 and 3/4?" Rachel asked looking confused.
"See that wall there? Run at it." her Aunt said nonclonally.
"Wont I hit the wall?"
"Trust me, you wont as long as you trust you wont. You will only hit the wall if you don't believe in yourself"
Rachel stood looking as if were a joke. She tensed a bit as she pushed her luggage. "Alright.. well.. I guess this is goodbye.."
"Dont worry, Ill write. You wont even miss me once your there Little dragon." Her Aunt gave her a hug then Rachel turned and stared at the wall. She closed her eyes and ran into it, when she opened her eyes she was on the other side.
She saw the train, it was huge! Her eyes sparkled with excitement and wonder. The conducter called for final boarding, she rushed over and just barely made it to the train, as soon as she hopped on she saw so many cars and stood for a moment trying to find a place to sit.
