Class Not Saving After Turning In - Technical Support

Hi! This is something that happened to me a few days ago. I thought that it was just my computer glitching, but it still says this class didn't save. I turned in Year 1 Lesson 5 Potions homework, and it said that the assignment was sent and waiting to be graded. When I checked the report card, it didn't show up the question mark. I then checked the assignment, and it completely deleted what I had just spent a couple hours of work on. Does anyone know what happened?
