Remember me? Just kidding, I'm sure I've left such a massive mess back at home that it'd be impossible to. Sorry about that!
School's going pretty well! I've already gotten two 'Outstanding's on my assignments, one in Astronomy and the other in Herbology, and I got an 'E' in Charms.
I've been hanging out in the library a lot. The librarian is probably sick of me by now! It's everything you said it would be and more! It's usually the quietest on the weekends, so that's where I spend most of my time.
I've settled into my dorm pretty well. I'm in the colourful quarters dorm, and the name is not misleading. Remember that poster I made last summer with the really bright colours? I've hung that up on the wall behind my bed and it really makes me feel at home.
I've gotten to know most of the other students in the first year. You know that I'm absolutely dreadful at remembering names, which has caused some awkward encounters on more than one occasion.
I adore it here at Hogwarts. Every day is different and I can't imagine I'll ever get sick if this place. They'll have to drag me out of here at the end of my seventh year. Perhaps I'll become a Professor at Hogwarts. That way, I really can stay here for as long as I like.
