A Dark Corridor to Confusion Closed

(First time doing this, please don’t get mad if I mess up, please just help.)
“Well, that’s the last book.” I whisper, closing a thick black book and setting on top of a large stack of similar books. My long brown hair has fallen in my face and my nose in buried deep in a thick, wool scarf. My small body shivers in the drafts of the upstairs corridor in the leaky cauldron. “I need a bblanket or my other jacket.” I mutter, standing and taking my books back to my room to get a jacket and a few more books. I shuffle around my room and grab many books off the shelves.
A few minutes later, I shuffle out of my room, my small frame rocking me back and forth. I walk down the steps and into the main room. People stand, talking to each other and sometimes yelling at each other, obviously drunk and over the moon. I get my self a small cup of hot chocolate, the winter weather freezing my tiny body.
As I turn to make my way back up the steps, I crash into someone, spilling hot chocolate all over them. “Oh, I’m so sorry! I’m so clumsy! I should’ve been more careful! Please forgive me!” I say frantically. I glance up at the person in front of me and they have a smug grin on their face. “Do I know you or at you drunk?” I mutter, obviously confused.
