BACKGROUND

Located near the small village of Beddgelert, Wales, sits a Victorian mansion with gothic accents; there resides the immensely wealthy pureblood family, the Bakirs, who have lived in their beloved home for generations now. While the Bakirs are generally kind to the villagers living near, they are an extremely secretive family. Naturally, this would spark many... speculations about the strange family in the faraway manor:

"I've heard they're secretly vampires."

"I've heard they preform a sacrificial ritual every full moon to maintain their youth."

And while the Bakir family do have a penchant for the dark and macabre—underneath all that lies a zany but good-natured family.

Kareem Bakir would meet his soon-to-be wife, Amira, while the two worked for the ministry as executioners; the two easily fell in love, and it was only a matter of time before the two started a family together. On November 12, 2012, Kareem and Amira Bakir would welcome their first daughter and second child to their growing family—Hana. Since that day, their family has done nothing but grow bigger; Hana now has four siblings: an older brother, two younger brothers, and a younger sister.

Before attending Hogwarts, Hana would spend her days running around her mansion, messing with her younger siblings or hanging out with her elder brother in their family's dungeon. For the most part, Hana was isolated from the rest of the world, holding no desire to explore the world outside her little family bubble. Due to a majority of her socialization being from her family, the girl is extremely socially inept—having difficulty grasping societal rules and expectations.

PUREBLOOD HATIN' PUREBLOOD FAMILY

The Bakir lineage holds a deep disdain for the high pureblood society they seem to have been thrusted into. As a form of protest to this high society, the family itself has become a subversion of the stereotypical "pureblood" family—rather than having a distaste for muggles, the family seems to have a distaste for other purebloods, and an extreme love for muggles and muggle-born wizards.

FIRST INSTANCE OF MAGIC

Hana comes from a long line of Hogwarts's students, with the latest graduate of the family being her eldest brother. It was only a matter of time before Hana discovered her own magical ability and the Hogwarts letter to accompany it.

It was a week before her eleventh birthday. Her eldest brother had spent a majority of the day teasing her, prodding at her, and simply being annoying! While it was usually very easy for Hana to keep her composure, her brother had the uncanny ability to bring out the more "expressive" side to her. After enough teasing, she finally snapped, screaming at him to shut up and attempting to push him away. The cupboards around them began to rattle, various adornments on the walls soon following suit; before the pair knew it, everything had fallen to the floor, erupting in a disgusting cacophony of sound.

Tears welled up in Hana's eyes, overwhelmed by the sudden loud noises and movement; her elder brother immediately took her into his arms, muttering soft congratulations as he searched for their parents.

MENTAL DESCRIPTION

Hana is hilariously monotone, one to show very little emotion through her face and tone. Due to her tone of voice, people often misinterpret her words is sardonic and sarcastic—a sharp contrast to truthfulness to her words. In actuality, Hana personality is the opposite of the mysterious allure she subconsciously portrays. She's an extremely open person, proudly wearing her heart on her sleeve for all to bear witness. She unabashedly shares her opinion with no remorse, whether it were asked for or not.

Despite being quite the intelligent child, more often than not Hana's actions are driven by her emotions. She rarely thinks through the choices she makes, choosing to trust her gut instead. Unfortunately, if blinded enough by her own emotions, Hana becomes rash and reckless—attempting to jump through hoops in order to justify her own decisions.

Due to the constant stream she received from her family at a young age, Hana is an extremely spoiled and needy child; she believes others should bend over backwards to give her what she needs.

FASHIONED WITH FRILLS AND LACE

Ever since discovering her love for wigs, Hana has opted to keep her black hair in a short bob, complimented by even shorter bangs. Though, it is rarely seen, as Hana loves to showcase her extensive collection of colored wigs. When not wearing her school uniform, the young girl can be spotted a mile in her pile of black, girly frills. Hana is typically dressed to the nines, wearing puffy dresses adorned with laces and bows. Accompanying the eccentric clothing is a frilly umbrella she always seems to have on hand.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Hana simultaneously captivates and unsettles those who come across the unfortunate event of meeting her; her image floats through one's dream, lingering as a quiet figure in the corner of your room as you attempt to shake away the nightmares. Hana is beautiful—hauntingly so—but one can’t help but wonder if there’s something wrong with her upon first glance. Whether it be her cheeks a little too hallow, her brown skin a little too dulled—as if she hadn’t stepped foot into the sun for a millennia—or her eyes lack the youthful glint typical among her peers. The young Bakir's looks make her more akin to the undead than any living person.

Initially coming into contact with Hana, one would immediately take note of her large eyes, complimented by long lashes in order to give her the appearance of a creepy doll. The expressive eyes aren't put to much use though as Hana can be usually seen with a extremely blank look on her face. Her unblinking stare causes others to be immediately unsettled by her presence.

The Bakir daughter is made up of stiff limbs, able to contort her body in an odd manner of ways. Like any other pureblood child, her posture is exquisite. Her skin is a dark brown, though dulled due to the lack of time she spends in the sun; two sets of mole embellish her face, two underneath her eye and two underneath her bottom lip.
