Hi guys, so I don't exactly know if this is a good place to post, but over the last few days I've been having some problems with my rememberall. When someone posts in a topic to which I have subscribed I don't get notifications anymore, and half the time when I'm quoted too. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I checked my preferences, and they are correct, what can I do about this problem? Voting does work, although sometimes I get less points occasionally. That is another issue-is there a reason for that / am I doing something wrong?

@Lyanna Oak and anyone else who has the issue of knowing they are voting consistently, but the vote count at the end of the week for their house does not reflect this. That used to happen to me, and it was frustrating because I KNEW I voted each day. What my issue turned out to be was that when I got to the voting site, I was not always clicking on the green



button. I would sometimes just click directly on the Hogwarts.io banner above that button.

If you do not click the green button first, your vote will not count for that day. Perhaps that may be the issue? Since I have made certain to do that, it has made a difference for me and maybe it will for you as well (or anyone else who reads this).

Thanks, I'll make sure I always click the green button! I think I already was, but I wasn't paying much attention to it. I'll post an update here if it keeps happening!
