my little baby
Kora walked through diagon ally pulling her sister along leaving her no time to look at the shops, it had been Kora's birthday and her sister wanted to buy her a pet from the wizerding pet shop and Kora knew exactly what she wanted. Swerving around people her feet hitting the cobbled street with a melodic thunk her sister fighting to keep up with her, closer and closer they got Kora could see it the shop that holds the pet of her dreams the pet that will be her soul love her one and only. They both stopped outside the shop her sister handing her a bag of wizerd money, her sister didn't like animals much and was staying outside.
Pushing the door open was more like a dream than anythign else how could such a perfect place exsist?. Kora stepped inside and the noises of diffrent animals met her ears almost instantly it was like music a melody of nature. Slowly she made her way around the shop looking at the owls and snakes but none interested her more than the one animal she came in her for. So many animals so many to chose from none seemed to be the right fit for Kora.
Stopping only twice to look at the snakes though a wonder not what she came for and the cats so cute and calm but yet again not what she came for. It wasnt until she reached the ferret pen did she stop and look down at them all properly. Mumbeling in soft words as if only to the ferrets she spoke,
"hello there im Kora and one of you will be chosen today to come with me doesnt tht sound wonderful"
Due to it being the day time most of them slept but that didnt bother Kora not when they looked so cute sleeping. There were brown ones, and white ones, black ones and a few that had mixes of both colours, all so beautiful like the night sky or the rich earth.
One by one Kora looked them over seeing which she liked best after a few minutes she found one a small white one sleeping quietly in a corner of the pen, picking him up carefuly she knew that this little baby was the one.
Whispering to the sleeping ferret she said,
"hey little one i hope you don't mind me taking you home"
She took him over to Mrs Witticker at the counter handing her the 14 galleons and 2 sickles he cost looking down at him once more Kora said,
"im going to name you jerry"
