Just asking, how long does it usually take for staff members to reply for the sign-ups on this website? (index, dorm sign ups, etc...)And is it possible for them to not respond at all?

At most 2 weeks, most the the time it's under that, but it varies. During holidays, it will take longer probably. If you wait over 2 weeks to hear back for something like an index application, then you could reach out to a staff member and see how the process is going.
Please remember that staff members do have real life's though, it can take some time for them to review what you need them to review!

No, but once you're indexed and have been active on the same account fro six months you can create an iNPC that attends either of those schools or any of the other magical schools! All information about iNPCs can be found in this forum. Hope this helped! :]
