Passing through the platform felt like swift swoosh of wind through her body. She was in awe how it was busy it was with Witches and Wizards arriving through closely behind her. A couple students and parents accidentally bumped into her, but Willow apologized acting like it was her fault mostly. Her thoughts mostly rested on, to get on the train and take her seat and avoid mostly eye contact. She didn't really know anyone and her feeling slight social anxiety kicked in a little. She saw where to place her things and set them down. She boarded the train and found a compartment with no one in. She lightly tapped her head, and mumbled under breath the words "journal" She quickly moved from the compartment and noticed the train was starting to fill up more. She gave a big sigh thinking she was a goof ball and felt a little down on forget her journal.

She was unsure how she was going to distract herself for the whole train ride. She thought at least wanted appear to be to busy writing something to avoid some conversation with a random student. She looked out the window and try to find something of interest to stare at. She didn't have much luck and gave off another sigh. She looked about the compartment was in for a few moments. She stretched herself out by laying down in the seat and stared up the ceiling thinking what house she will be in.

Arden was slightly panicking. They had preened over every detail for the last couple of days, making sure they had everything packed as they made their father swear to send any forgotten items to Hogwarts as soon as possible. They we're trying to be prepared as best they could, but the day seemed to be turning out as they had prepared for. Leaving late along with their aunt's extended farewells made it so Arden had managed to get on the train just at the last minute.

Walking through the train halls, occasionally looking into a compartment. Most filled with either multiple people already or occupied by older students to Arden's displeasure. Wasn't there a single empty compartment anywhere?

Arden finally found a compartment with only one person in it, who seemed to be around the same age as Arden. After a moment of hesitation, Arden knocked on the compartment door before opening it. Holding their head high as they spoke, trying to keep their tone calm.

"Excuse me, would you mind if I sit here? Most compartments are rather full already." They dearly hoped the question didn't sound too akward or stunted as they tried to copy the tone their father often used whenever talking to someone he wasn't familiar with.
