Soaring to new Adventure
Before Platform 9 3/4 quarters.
"Wake up Willow." Her mother called from the Kitchen. Her mother was making breakfast. Her father was fast asleep in the living room chair. Her Sister was visiting for a few hours before she left again. Willow stirred awake slowly and to make her way washed up and dressed for breakfast.

Willow was eleven years old and hardly looked she aged in her facial features and overall appearance, as she had gazed herself into the bathroom mirror. She gained some height when reached eight years old, a couple of inches. Which brought her height to 4ft 8inches.

As Willow came down stairs her Father stirred in a small snore and continue to sleep. She shook her head and went into the kitchen. She greeted her mother with a hug and gave her sister a low tone hello. The relationship with Sister was slightly normal as some siblings go. Willow just wished she was around more.

"Willow, your father and I was wondering if you like to take a trip to the museum this week." She perked up and give a big smile. "Yes, mother please. Lets go." Willow was mostly home schooled so her thoughts were, her Mother would turning this into some homework assignment. She didn't mind going to the Museum and staring at exhibits for a while and learning of them. She had fascination with muggle archaeology anyways. Her father had yet to take her to the magical world museum, but didn't know she was a Witch or not.

Her mother and Father rarely brought the discussion if Willow is a Witch or not. When Willow asked if she was a Witch, her mother would say, "I am not sure pumpkin. We'll just have to wait and see if you get a Hogwarts letter." When asked her Father, her father simply said. "Hrm, you could be Cricket, or could not be." Willow sigh every time she got the same answer when she would bring it up every so often.

A few days passed and Willow was with her Mom and her Dad at the Museum. Willow had a habit sometimes to run off and distancing herself from her parents when she heard of a new exhibits. Her Father reached for her hand before she disappeared. Willow give a sigh of disappointment and father mention of patience. After gazing a couple of items from ancient Rome, her mother mention something of forgetting while at the Museum. Her mother walked off with a slight smile on her face.

Her father led Willow to another part of the Museum she didn't recall seeing before. The continued to walk and passed through a door which other people didn't seem to notice they had entered. She thought it was strange. When they entered into the next room, she gave a big awe look to her face as she some people dressed in robes and pointy hats. "Happy very late birthday, my little cricket." Her father stated smiling. He pulled out a Hogwarts letter addressed to Willow. As kid of feeling like Christmas came early, she did a little jump up for joy and a smile. After spending an hour in the Wizarding Museum, the two left to catch up with her Mom. Her mom brought her a journal with picture of a willow tree on the front it. "For your adventures at Hogwarts, my little sapling." They went home a couple hours later before the Museum had closed.

Soaring to new Adventure
Arrival at Platform 9 3/4
Journal Entry One

"Well, I am a Witch. I can't believe I wrote that as my first words into this Journal. My mother is driving me to the Train station. My father had dealing with work. New books arriving. My Sister, well she congratulated me and left to where she had left off exploring the world, but not before she said write to her on which House I was sorted into. Well almost there, write more later on my adventures."
Willow closed her journal and hardly contained her excitement as they parked at the London Station. The drive was long and a couple times she felt impatient. She helped her Mom unpacked her things and her Mom could hardly contain a tear in her eye. "My little willow tree going off to school." Willow gave her Mom a hug as they just finished unpacking her things from the vehicle. They came up to the entrance of Platform 9 3/4. It was an hour and half before the train was schedule to take off.

She gave her mom a big hug and her mom handed Willow the train ticket. "Write home often, love." Willow gave a nod and she started to have a small tear down her face. "Tell Dad, I will miss him." Her mother gave a pat on her head and looked around the station in case of onlookers. Once the coast was clear, Willow did a good sprint start and passed through the platform 9 and 10.
