unsent letters solo

Dear Ma,

I miss you ma. I miss Dad and Casey, I miss his weird cat. Hogwarts is everything Casey and Dad had talked about and more, and I'm happy I'm here and all that. But I hate how unfamiliar it is. it's late and I can't sleep because my bed doesn't feel like its mine. i also already ate all my sweets, so that probably isn't helping at all. You know, last year we would be wishing casey good luck from the platform and you'd get me ice cream cause you knew I missed him already, even though I would deny it a thousand times over. I'd just say I'm super jealous, but I know you knew. I had a bunch of fun this summer since I had Casey to take me places when you and Dad were busy with work. But now I'm at hogwarts, alone, and I swear I just wanna go home.

i don't think I'm actually gonna send this to you ma. You're busy, and I'm sure casey would probably open up your letter when you weren't home or something. i love you ma.
