"Understood, father," Ira replied, feigning calmness for what felt like the hundredth time while her father continued his monologue about her duties and the importance of bringing honour to the family.
People moved back and forth, their voices carrying across the platform as shouts echoed from one corner to another. The station was buzzing with energy. Ira offered a nod whenever it seemed expected, her father’s lecture flowing through one ear and out the other with practiced ease.
For one last time, Ira glanced around the platform, hoping to catch sight of her grandfather. But once again, he was nowhere to be seen. Sighing inwardly, "Of course, Father. Your wisdom will stay with me," she added quickly before leaning into her mother's embrace. "See you, Ma," she added quietly, feeling the comfort of her mother's hug.
Just as Ira began pulling her trunk, a familiar voice rang out. "My dear little Ira!" Her heart leapt, her face breaking into a genuine smile. "Thatha! (Grandpa!)" She cried out with unrestrained excitement as she raced into his arms. The old man lifted her effortlessly despite his years, his laughter mingling with hers.
"You’re saved! I had a whole plan on ruining all your favourite hats if you hadn't shown up," she quipped. Her grandfather ruffled her hair fondly with a chuckle, "How could I let you go without a farewell, my dear?"
Ira lingered for a moment longer with her grandfather; she reluctantly dragged her trunk towards the train. With an almost absent smile and a slight wave, Ira boarded the train and made her way towards an empty compartment. As she seated herself, she took out the chocolate bar she had sneaked into her bag and took a bite of it.

After the first compartment she'd implored had been of no help (although filled with lovely people to be sure), Avis continued her path along the train corridor, hoping for a glimpse of her elusive older brother. Will had decided to play a "fun" little prank on his younger sister and rather than play hide and seek like he'd suggested, he disappeared altogether and as the train drew closer to Hogwarts, Avis' felt the familiar panic of not knowing what to do without him.
So she found herself desperately peeking through windows and asking bewildered students if they'd seen an annoyingly tall, male version of herself who looked absolutely satisfied with himself and his stupid prank. She sighed in frustration and squeezed past a few other first years chatting excitedly in the middle of the way.
"Pardon, pardon," she grumbled as she scooted by, "You lot could do something useful and go find somewhere to sit, y'know?"
She heard a few scoffs and confused murmurs in her wake, but searching for her brother had put her in a foul mood and she could feel her temper beginning to rise at every obstacle.
Finally, she peeked through a window to reveal a single girl, about her age, munching on a chocolate bar. Avis took a breath and decided she'd ask one more person. She rapped on the train compartment door and gave the girl a little wave and a smile, hoping she'd be of some help.

NowAt the far end of a hall of the platform you can hear quick step foot and a loud screech on the ground. Ho, no, no, nonono... please Merlin make me be on time. Was his internals plead for what it will be the fifth time. He curse his sister for not telling him it was time to go, even though they both aware she have more chance finding a Quilin then to break his focus. Don't be wrong it a fantastic ability to have to make time go faster in a unpleasant event or make unwelcome people go away. The problem is he can be in that unshakable state for a long time, To which he doesn't really blame his sister for his precaution situation. At least not totally.
With panting breath, he look ahead of him after a quick turn and see the famous pillar who have the number 9 and 10 on each side of it. He grip his cart more firmly as he began to speed more in the direction of the pillars and was ready for impact, that never come. He look around and saw the train, with what it seem to still have five or six students that have yet to finish bringing their luggage inside. He must have be doing a ruckus if the employees turn around to see him. He come to them with a half jugging and they help him with his luggage that he can't not take in for the travel except for one of his bag that he will keep it.
Has he hop on the train, still panting but much smaller, the second problem occurs. Free place, or more the lack of it. At first he was supposed to share the compartment with two of his friend and his sister but since he literally just arrive that not a option anymore. All that for being thirty minute early.
He sight, he as been strolling the pathway checking all the little window to see if there was a place for a while. Full...full...full..Ha wait! No full again...He staring to slowly feel deject and was thinking of other option if there was no place. Maybe the hallway would be not so uncomfortable. He trie to pass between a group of what it look like first years as he look up one more time and saw the last compartment. With a tall brown hair girl in the front, who seem to talk with someone inside. He pray to Merlin it have a free seat as he slowly walks up toward her.

Jade stood next to her dad on the platform, not quite ready to leave. Everything that had happened seemed so real, suddenly, and Jade wasn't sure she was ready for it. She didn't want to leave her dad behind. "I'm... Not sure if I want to go yet," Jade whispered. "Well, the train is probably going to leave soon, so you don't have much longer," her dad replied, chuckling. "You'll be fine, Jade. I know you will." Jade nodded, hesitant, then hugged her dad. "Bye," she whispered. "See you over break." With that, Jade walked onto the train, waving goodbye as she did so.
The inside of the train was bustling with people, and Jade's nervousness instantly begin to return. Her dad's words had helped calm her somewhat, but everything was still so overwhelming. And now I'm all by myself, Jade thought, swallowing nervously. It'll be fine, she tried to tell herself. Probably.
Jade walked down the hallway, doing her best to avoid the students still crowding the train as she peeked into compartments. Almost all of them were already full, or looked like the people inside already knew each other. Jade had been hoping to find an empty - or, at least, mostly empty - compartment, but it seemed like she wasn't going to get lucky today. Where will I sit, though? Barging on people who already know each other would be really awkward... and they might be older than me.
She had almost given up on finding an empty compartment when she made it to one of the compartments near the back of the train. There were some people standing outside of it, but... Jade couldn't immediately tell if it was full. And she didn't really want to walk back through the entire train. I guess I'll just... have to try, she thought, taking a deep breath as she walked up to the two other people. "Um, excuse me? Does this compartment still have some room left?" Jade asked, hesitantly. "It's just that everywhere else seems full," she added, smiling sheepishly. Hopefully that doesn't seem weird.

Kora was never good with being on time but today would be diffident she promised herself it would be. Sadly her parents couldn’t make it to see her off they were both busy with work and her sister was going to the local non magic school so here she was standing on the platform only slightly late. Kora fiddled with her hair she regretted putting it up into a half up half down style because now people could see the white blond part that she had dyed over the summer.
After struggling to get her bags onto the train she grabbed her satchel she wasn’t going to leave all her bags and anyway this one had all her snacks and books to occupy the time it takes to get to hogwarts. Slowly and not so steadily she made her way down the train,
‘how could all the compartments already be full?’
She thought looking into the compartments as she walked past.
If only things didn’t have to come down to her mumbling “sorry excuse me sorry sorry excuse me” every five second to get past other students standing in the corridor chatting to people in compartments or others that where blocking the way. Finely she stopped seeing a compartment that seemed to have room only way to know she supposed would be to ask.
“Hey could I maybe sit here? It’s just no where else has room”

Biting into the chocolate, Ira absentmindedly fiddled with the hem of her shirt. Her heart thrummed with eager anticipation. She couldn’t help but fidget, her excitement at finally seeing the school bubbled inside her.
There would be so many people her age to meet, so much to learn and experience. The cherry on top? Being away from home meant freedom from her parents’ lectures. For a while, at least.
Yes, Owls are there to convey their lectures in written form but she had the perfect excuse lined up. Too much homework to read reply often. Honestly, she wasn’t even sure she’d bother reading them that much. Now that she was free from her mother’s watchful eyes, Ira pulled a few strands loose from her rigid ponytail, finally letting herself relax.
Suddenly, there was a tap on the compartment door. Ira turned to find a girl standing in the doorway. she must be around her age... or maybe older? She seemed taller than Ira. Ira returned a polite smile. "May I help you?" she asked, then immediately realized the other girl was probably searching for a seat. "Oh, come on in," she added, motioning to the empty spot.
Just then, another figure emerged. She could only see his hair from where she sat. A boy with blond hair appeared behind the girl and Ira guessed he must be her friend. "Your friend can join too, there's plenty of room" she said with a nod.
Another voice entered the mix, though Ira couldn’t see who it belonged to. She appeared to be speaking to the tall girl and the blond-haired boy. She would nod at the tall girl to signal that there was still room, should their eyes meet. One more doesn't hurt.
With everyone now settled, Ira leaned back in her seat, eagerly waiting for the train to take off. Her gaze shifted as another girl stepped into view. Ira replied to the short haired girl, "Sure, go ahead. The more, the merrier."
Of course, it wasn’t really merrier for her. Having the compartment full was not her preference, but it wasn’t like she could claim the train as her own. With a small movement, Ira adjusted her position to ensure there was enough space for the girl.

Avis gave the girl a grateful smile.
"As a matter of fact, you might be able to help me, yes," she said and was about to enter the compartment at the girl's invitation when someone brushed up behind her. She jumped a bit and turned to see a boy with blonde hair and one curious-looking earring standing rather close. "Merlin's Beard, sorry, I didn't see you there," she said hastily and stepped forward into the compartment to move out of his way.
"Your friend can join too. There's plenty of room," the girl inside mentioned, nodding at the stranger in the doorway and Avis shrugged.
"Oh, he's not my-" she started to say, but was interrupted by a hesitant voice in the hallway.
"Um, excuse me? Does this compartment still have some room left? It's just that everywhere else seems full." Avis craned her neck, trying to see back through the door and caught a glimpse of another girl with long brown hair and a pair of glasses. The new girl gave them all a sheepish smile. Bollocks, this compartment was filling up fast.
Avis cleared her throat, eager to be on her way with the amount of people suddenly filling up the room. As she was not sitting down, Avis realized she was probably standing in the way of someone's future seat. The first girl gave her another nod to signal there was still room and she quickly plopped down opposite her and took a breath.
"Right, well, I don't suppose any of you have seen my brother? He looks like me but taller and well... a boy. He's a sixth year. Oh and I'm Avis, by the way, Avis Greymond," she added helpfully, looking around the room of future Hogwarts students. They all looked nice enough and perhaps, as they seem to have been some of the last ones to find a compartment, they'd seen her menace of a brother on their journey through the train corridor.
As she waited for a response, yet another voice floated in from the hallway and Avis glanced at the girl opposite her with an apologetic expression, noticing her slight discomfort. "Sorry, I seem to have brought everyone else in with me," Avis mentioned quietly, suddenly feeling a bit awkward about her intrusion.

" Dialogue " His Thought "Yakim Dialogue"
One second he was slowly walking toward the tall girl, to which was startle by his arrival, then the second later he was half push into the now filled compartment and end up siting beside another girl that was apparently already inside. Oppose to the window and close to the door. Letting two other girls inside.
Oblivious of the conversation around him he focus more on the girl beside him. She have black hair like a Thestral skin with dark brown eye that he almost thought they were black. Siting side by side with her is a contrast of day and night. He shift his gaze to the tall girl from early that could almost rival his height. She have length dark brown hair with blue eyes like the feather of a Jobberknoll but paler. She even have freckles on her nose that can be the same patterned on the feather of the bird. Shifting his gaze again he saw a small girl that is the opposite of the previous on, that can be compare with a Javey although with green eyes and far from the character that beast have. Judging by her shy air. The last girl that arrive was on a average height with brown eyes and short duel color hair practically the same as a phoenix tail . she also have small freckle on her face when looking more closely.
He immediately divers his eyes to the window opposite of him, and slap internally his face when he realize he was fixing them the whole time. He can't believe he still did that old mistake, especially with how much his eyes tend to make people uncomfortable, or in rare case freak out. No only him but all his family, except his mother, have that uncanny piercing gaze that is fallow by the feeling of being dissecting. Not his word. He was just so throw off by the sudden evolution of event that he forgot about it.
When he glance at the window across of him he take a look of his appearance and wince. It look like he came straight out of a wind storm because of his run against the time. By the grace of Merlin he hope nobody sense his gaze otherwise it going to be a awkward trip. I should begin to built a temple for Merlin for how much I say the warlock name.

With all the people now in the compartment, Jade was beginning to feel rather awkward about her intrusion. There were... quite a lot of other people here now, at least by her standards. She couldn't help but feel like they were all barging in on the girl who had been sitting alone. Hopefully she isn't bothered by it, Jade thought, nervously taking a seat next to the window. I wouldn't want to be intruding. Trying to distract herself from her sudden bout of nervousness, Jade adjusted her glasses and looked around at the other people in the compartment. They all looked around her age, which was a relief. Jade didn't want to have accidentally ended up in a compartment with older students.
Jade did her best to try to relax, taking a few deep breaths and fidgeting with the sleeves of her jacket. "Right, well, I don't suppose any of you have seen my brother? He looks like me but taller and well... a boy. He's a sixth year. Oh and I'm Avis, by the way, Avis Greymond," the girl Jade had seen outside the compartment said.
"I don't think I've seen your brother anywhere," Jade said, softly. Though I wasn't paying that much attention to the people I encountered in the first place, she thought. "It's, uh, nice to meet you. I'm Jade. Jade O'Reilly." She fell silent again, trying to think of something to say. It sounds like Avis's brother goes to Hogwarts... That probably means her family knows more about magic and all that. Jade wanted to ask about that, but she wasn't sure how to do it without sounding awkward. So, instead, she settled for asking, "So... are you all excited about going to Hogwarts?" The question felt a bit lame, all things considered, but... It was better than awkward silence. Jade smiled and tried to loosen up a little.

Looking at all the people now sitting in the compartment made Kora feel a little awkward and also rude not only had she interrupted some poor girls quite but now there were four other people sitting here great. She gingerly sat down in a seat closest to the door praying that no one wanted to sit there.
Kora placed her satchel on the floor next to her feet and carefully taking out a book her sister had given her it was a book about snakes oh how she loved snakes. One of the girls had asked a question but Kora didn’t look up but not even thinking about it she mumbled “hogwarts is a funny name and I think I’m more exited then nervous how about the rest of you” not expecting anyone to answer her.
Turning the page of her book she slowly started to zone out after a second she mumbled again “oh and I’m Kora, Kora Eliot” not sure why she throughly introducing herself would make this less of a awkward situation. She continued to read her book this page was on anacondas in her opinion one of the greatest snakes that have ever existed though other might feel otherwise.
