Post unlocking
So, basically I opened a thread and I accidentally locked it. Then, I owled a professor to help me unlock the post, the professor said it is unlocked but when I go back into my thread, it's still the same. (which I still couldn't edit or make new post). Is it normal?

As staff we can still see if a thread is locked or not! I would owl back the professor who unlocked it for you and let them know that it isn't unlocked. Maybe they got busy and thought they did it or there was a tech issue on their end, but either way it's an easy fix

I have unlocked it. A mini note for your post, make sure you don't do unnecessary double post in your shop. It's better if you can put some information in one post. Good luck on making shop!
