Clash with a Badger

Long legs hurried down the now dimly lit corridors for what seemed to have been the hundredth time. He was sure he had just.. been here. No.. surely not. Was he lost? He couldn’t have been. The castle was clearly large enough for such a thing to happen, but this stubborn Slytherin wasn’t having any of it. The corridors must move too, like the stair case.. they must do.
His usual unruly hair was swept back, yet like his mindset, was stubborn. Few strands would drop and bounce slightly over his forehead, some covering those dark, frustrated hues as he picked up his pace every now and then. “Aye! Dai!!” He cursed out under his breath, the blood slowly starting to simmer now that he was coming to terms with being lost.
A further few mumbled curses would escape his lips as his pace quickened into a slight jog now. All he wanted was to get to this damn library! Another left and a few more rights were taken before he took a final sharp left and crashed into something, or someone.
“Ugh!” He let out a low groan as he stumbled backwards, quickly catching himself. His eyes soon found themselves shifting down to the small red-head who was on the ground. It was a girl. Jesus.. he already felt bad enough.. but.. a girl too? “Oh christ!” A hand raised to his head from the wave of stress that ran through him, though the same hand would quickly extend out towards the girl, if she was to take it. “I’m sorry.. are… are you alright? I didn’t see you- I..” He asked with a hint of worry if it wasn’t already noticeable from the look in his eyes.
