Letters to and fro solo dNPC

Oakleigh walked up to the owlery, making sure she was able to get her letters. Her family promised to write her, so she made sure to check. The family owl came flying in, landing neatly on a perch. The crested owl talked to Oakleigh per-say, the low growl echoing in the room. Some of the owls who weren't expecting it jumped, feathers floating from the air down to the floor. Oakleigh grabbed a treat from her bag, handing it to the owl. "Thanks, Owl." The name may have been on the nose. Her mother loved the muggle classic "Winnie the Pooh," so that's why Owl was named well... Owl. Owl growled, thanking Oakleigh for the treat as he munched on it. Oakleigh looked at her letter. It was from her brother. She sat down on the ground, opening the letter, taking care as to not ruin the envelope.

How's Hogwarts treating you? I heard you got placed in Ravenclaw. That's fantastic! I knew a lot of great Ravenclaws in my days. And a dumb one, which was a shocker to me. He had to repeat his second year because he was so dumb. Nevermind that, you aren't going to be like him. Is Headmaster Lear still there? Hopefully. I never knew the guy personally, but he was pretty chill, pretty chill. You're going to enjoy all your classes! Okay, maybe not flying for you, I know how you are with heights. Keep me updated on the quidditch games, those were a blast to watch! I enjoy them more than pro matches to be honest. Always a blast to watch. If our houses are up against each other, prepare to lose, Eagle! (I love you sis, this is just House rivalry. Friendly) Glad you're finally back at hogwarts. Must suck to have had to be held back a year. Da's work can get tough. Glad you're back! Enjoy everything you gotta do!
