A Brief History of the Club:

Originally started by Jane “Jay” Victoria and Lily Gray in August of 2018, the LGBTQIAP+ Club has become a hub for members and supporters of the community alike to discuss, trade thoughts, and support one another. Even now, as the world grows and changes around us, we grow, learn, and adapt along with it.

— Please be respectful to everyone, whether you agree with them or not
— If this isn’t the club for you, then simply don’t jump into the discussion
— Please be registered in the index; this is just to try and encourage people to stay active
— That’s pretty much it! Just have fun with it, guys!

What’s this thread?

This thread is primarily used for sign-ups and OOC discussion. IC meetings will be held in this thread, and hopefully, all sorts of events will be held all over the school in the future. But as of right now, you can just float between the two!

I'm not LGBT, I don't know what the other letters in the club's name mean (honestly, can someone tell me?

) and I'm not really acquainted with things like that. So what are you doing here, Ember?

I simply believe in equality. We should be accepted as we are. We're all fantastic people no matter if we love men or women and what gender we are. Honestly, it doesn't have much influence on our personality, there are really awful LGBT people and there are really nice ones, same as with "normal" people. (No idea why it counts as "normal" if you love people of the opposite biological sex.)

So, yes, folks, I totally want to be in the club.

Everyone: I just googled it and if you're straight/heterosexual but you support the LGBT+ community, you're a Straight Ally, which means what it says, a straight person who is an ally to the LGBT+'s.
