Main issue would be how ICly we would know meeting details etc. Most Owls are monitored, maybe something like a Protean Charm?

Is this a charm we would now as first and second years? I don´t have all the spells at hand. But if we use something like that, IC we need to know the spell.
I would say owls are the most obvious. We could do something like codes and stuff so only the members know what it would mean. It could also be just passing notes in the corridor, coded or not. There are a lot of possibilities I guess.
