So, what happens/who would I talk to about not receiving house points from turned in and graded homework assignment? If it helps, the homework was graded O, and yet no house points were received?

If the HW is not within your year (so a 2nd year doing a 1st year HW, etc), you will have to reach out to the Professor via Owl with proof of the graded HW so we can manually add the points.

You will only automatically get points for completing HW according to your year.
