This takes place in a two story White House. It belongs to Evelyn Crestwood, Eri, Ethan, and Jackson's aunt. 

Eri leads James down a small road in London and they come upon a two story White House. "Here we are I hope it isnt to small for you." 

Eri walks inside holding the door open for James as they walk inside. Hopefully her Aunt wouldn't mind. It's only a month. Well it wouldn't hopefully be a lot of trouble. There were now four children, but what if her aunt said no? James wouldn't have a place to stay.

Inside was a hallway with an oak floor leading into a small living room with a green couch, a small book shelf, and some wooden chairs, plenty of room for people to sit. For some reason nobody was in the room. So maybe they were elsewhere by upstairs. They didn't need to worry about that for now her Aunt would show up, for now she could show him around the house, staring with the downstairs the later she could show him the entire upstairs level and introduce him to her brothers, and her Aunt, though she didn't know how he felt right then so she would ask him what to do.

"Here we are.” Eri said. “I hope it isn’t too small for you."
James looked up at where they were. Compared to his house in Los Angeles, this looked great.
“Too small?” asked James incredulously. “My house, er, last, um… I was in only a one-story house with five people before I came here. This is more than fine!” he assured her.
She led him inside the house, and when James looked around, he had to be impressed. Maybe it was just the way houses were in London, but he thought Eri’s house looked amazing.
When they first walked in, James noticed it was on a nice oak floor. They went into a living room with a green couch and some wood chairs to sit on. There was also a bookshelf, which James loved and thought was pretty classy.
“So far, so good.” James joked lightly, looking around.
“Again, thank you so, so, so much.” James said, feeling he should really express his gratitude. “This is more than I could ever pay you back for! But I definitely owe you after this!” he said.
James then noticed the absence of others around.
“Is anybody home right now?” he asked. It might have been weird, but James was wanting to meet Eri’s family sooner rather than later. His parents had never let him go to a friend’s house without any parents home, especially if the friend was a girl. He tried not to be fazed by this thought.

Eri looked at James. "Yeah, don't worry. They're home, just upstairs. And that seems like it would have been very crammed. Anyways I'll go get them." Eri gestures toward a chair for James to sit in and leaves the room. Eri walks upstairs and walks into a room where her Aunt is currently sitting at a desk reading a small black book. "Hey Aunt Evelyn, can I ask you something?"

"Of course, what would you like to ask?" Evelyn put the book down and looked up at Eri with a gentle yet quizzical look upon her face.

"You know my friend, James? The one I went to meet at the park? Well he is downstairs and needs someone to stay with until school. He is from California so he doesn't really know any places here. Though I wouldn't bring this up, but his parents weren't going to let him go back to Hogwarts so he ran away and was hoping that he would have a place to stay here." 

"I understand. I would love to welcome him into our home."

Evelyn and Eri walk downstairs and back into the living room where James is isn't ring currently. "James this is my Aunt Evelyn. Aunt Evelyn this is James."
 
"Pleasure to meet you."

Eri looked back at James. "Yeah, don't worry. They're home, just upstairs. And that seems like it would have been very crammed. Anyways I'll go get them." she said. Eri gestured silently for James to sit in a chair. As James did so, Eri left the room, James assumed to get her aunt.
James let out an exhale, glancing around at his surroundings. His heart was beating rapidly at the idea of staying here for a whole month, and the idea of possibly not. What if he wasn’t allowed to stay? He wouldn’t be too surprised. It was a very tall request for him to ask if he could stay in someone’s house for a whole month.
Eventually, Eri re entered the room, this time followed by an older woman. James stood up, as if in respect.
“James, this is my Aunt Evelyn. Aunt Evelyn, this is James.” Eri said, introducing them both.
“Pleasure to meet you.” Eri’s Aunt Evelyn said.
James nodded timidly. “Nice to meet you.” he said, almost bowing. He corrected himself before he actually did a bow, which probably would have been embarrassing, and stepped forward for a handshake. He wanted to impress this lady so that he would be allowed to stay. James wanted to be polite as possible. He knew that if they let him stay, he would owe at least that much to them.

The Aunt Evelyn stepped forward and accepted the handshake. "As I have already told my niece when she left to meet you at the playground, I was willing to help you if need be. And I am willing to let you stay here as long as you need. There is an extra bed that can be brought into Ethan's' room. Of course Eri will need to introduce you to her brothers of course." 

Eri nodded and looked at James. He was allowed to stay, and they would have to move a bed into Ethan's room. Ethan was chosen because they probably had met being both Hufflepuffs. Though it was also unlikely since James had been a first year and Ethan had been a fourth year. Nonetheless there was a small chance that they had met. "Okay I'll take you upstairs to introduce you to my brothers Jackson and Ethan. Jackson is in Gryffindor and Ethan is in Hufflepuff so you may know him, but he was a fourth year last year so the chances are a little slim." Eri explained to James that he may know one of her brothers but he may not though he would know him soon.

"As I have already told my niece when she left to meet you at the playground, I was willing to help you if need be. And I am willing to let you stay here as long as you need. There is an extra bed that can be brought into Ethan's' room. Of course Eri will need to introduce you to her brothers of course." Eri’s Aunt Evelyn said.
James nodded, smiling. “Thank you so much!” he said, beaming. “If there’s anything I can ever do to repay you, just let me know!”
"Okay I'll take you upstairs to introduce you to my brothers Jacksonville and Ethan.” Eri started. “Jackson is in Gryffindor and Ethan is in Hufflepuff so you may know him, but he was a fourth year last year so the chances are a little slim."
James shook his head. “Yeah, I don’t know any fourth years. I’d love to meet them though!” he said enthusiastically. “Again, thank you so much, um… what should I call you?” James asked  Eri’s Aunt Evelyn. He wasn’t entirely sure if he should call her Ms. Crestwood, or Ms. Evelyn, or Aunt, or Aunt Evelyn, or just Evelyn. He just knew it would probably be weird if he went around saying things like, ‘Thanks, ‘Eri’s Aunt Evelyn’!’

"You can call me Ms.Evelyn." 

Eri looked at James and motioned for him to follow her upstairs. Once at the top of the stairs there were four doors the first two on the left were Eri's and Evelyn's rooms and the two on the right of the hallway were Ethan's and Jackson's rooms. Eri walked towards the first door on the right and opened the door. Inside was a 14 year old boy who was 5'10, 120 pounds, muscular build, had light brown hair and green eyes. "Ethan, this is James, he will be staying with us until school Evelyn said we could pull the spare bed in here if that's okay with you. Also you are in his house so we thought it would be better if you two spent time to get to know each other." 

Ethan looked at the door as it opened a bit confused to see his sister with a boy her age. Not to far after that Eri explained why the boy was here but not the reason of why he was staying here. He made a mental note to ask later.

"Yeah, Eri that's fine with me. Nice to meet you James. I'm Ethan."

Ms. Evelyn… that would be easy enough to remember. James couldn’t help but wonder why Eri lived with her aunt and not with whoever her parents were, but he figured he wasn’t one to ask about not living with one’s parents.
James saw Eri look over at him and then morion him to follow her upstairs. James waved to Ms. Evelyn, saying one last quick thank you, before going upstairs with Eri.
Upstairs, James saw one long hallway with two doors on each side. Eri lead James towards the closest door on the right and opened it to reveal an older boy in his room.
James was slightly intimidated at first by the boy’s muscular and tall build. He had to be at least a fifth year or something, James thought.
“Ethan, this is James.” Eri introduced him. “He will be staying with us until school. Evelyn said we could pull the spare bed in here if that's okay with you. Also, you are in his house so we thought it would be better if you two spent time to get to know each other."
The boy looked confused at first, but ended up greeting James amiably.
“Yeah, Eri that’s fine with me. Nice to meet you James. I’m Ethan.” he said
James nodded, and replied, “Nice to meet you too!”

So far it seemed that James and Ethan would get along well. Now she would probably leave them while she went and got the bed before Jackson insisted that he should carry it this time. Cause the last time she tried to take each peice to the room she about dropped on herself. "I'll be back." Eri left to go get the pieces from the bed. At the end of the hall she turned left and opened a door. Inside the room she saw the cot and the old small bed. She wasn't sure if the bed was safe to use. It was like really old and had been in the storage room when the ceiling leaked and might have rust. So she grabbed the cot. James wouldn't have to sleep on the cot for the entire time he was here that was just the safe option for now.

Once Eri had closed the door and left, Ethan looked at James. "So how was your year at Hogwarts? Did anything exciting and interesting happen? That wasn't in the Hufflepuff gatherings." Ethan asked James wanting to get to know the boy better since they would be room mates until school started.

"I'll be back." Eri said. James watched as she left the room and closed the door, leaving James with her brother Ethan.
"So how was your year at Hogwarts?" Ethan asked in a friendly-like conversational matter. "Did anything exciting and interesting happen? That wasn't in the Hufflepuff gatherings."
James nodded. "Oh, uh... didn't Professor Lear send you and all the upperclassmen in Hufflepuff to other places like field trips? That's what I heard, at least. Just us first years stayed at the castle. Anyway, when you were gone, there was a Hufflepuff Campout, but that ended in, uh... fire." James said, not sure he wanted to elaborate.
"Then they had the BlossomFest, and the Ball that went along with it, and that ended in, um... more fire."
It sounded even scarier, but somewhat comical now that James was saying it out loud. He had thought about the role fire had played in his first year many times during the summer, but he hadn't spelled the whole thing out to someone before.
"But, I actually learned a lot of cool spells and magic stuff!" James instantly felt self-conscious about the phrase he had used: "magic stuff". Oh well, he hoped Ethan wouldn't judge.
