As Audrey stepped onto the vintage-like library with Giselle, Audrey felt something weird going on. Even though she couldn't find out why, she decided to follow her to the bookshelves that had lots of Giselle's favourite books. As Audrey took a book named the History of Hogwarts from 1066-1509₁, she was fascinated by how each book has its special feature: some had moving pictures, some are just Muggle books, plain and ordinary. She loved the moving pictures as they move about, just like a smaller version of a television.

But what she didn't realise is that Giselle is gazing at an area, known as the restricted section. As she felt something very wrong, she slapped her book and placed it back into the shelf. It was then Giselle asked, "Audrey, do you want to go to the restricted section?" She was shocked. She felt like she was about to blank out, until Giselle continued. "The professors are definitely not giving us permission, so I'd got a way to distract the librarian for a while, which is to eat a skiving snackbox that bought in Weasley's Wizard Wheezes before," Oh dear, Audrey thought. This is not going to end well.

As Audrey gazed at Giselle's brown eyes, she continued with her statement. "I could sneak out to the restricted section and get a few random books, and after that, I could come and share it with you?" Audrey felt a surge of relief as she thought, it's best if I don't get involved, but Giselle's my best friend! What should I do...

"But you don't need to worry," Giselle said, calmly. "If the librarian accuses us of doing that, I'll take the blame and I'll make sure that you won't get detention. How's that?" Audrey's mind went blank. On one hand, she wanted to read the books. But on the other hand, she didn't want Giselle to get detention again, after the previous one with Evanna. Plus, she didn't want Giselle to take all the blame, especially when she's collaborating with her. Audrey would never let her friend to do it all alone. She knew that Giselle was really hoping for her to say yes, though Audrey had atelophobia₂.

"But..." Audrey hanged. She looked at Giselle. She then looked at herself through the mirror, the crumbled face she had due to her stress on her homework. She wanted to escape through all of this. Sighing, she said,"Fine..." She could tell that Giselle was going to be so glad, and continued, "But this time, I'm going with you. There's no way I'll leave you out to be blamed just like that," She muttered, this will not end up good.

By the look on Audrey’s face, Giselle could tell that her friend did not want to go to the restricted section without permission, as she had told her before that she had atelophobia, a fear of making any mistakes. But it also seemed, to Giselle, that Audrey wanted to read the books there. After all, Giselle didn’t actually mind getting detention again. The last, and only detention she had was to pick up the weeds from the quidditch pitch. Sure, it was hard work, but Giselle felt that it was quite fun, the only problem was the scorching heat.

“I understand if you don’t wanna get detention… Giselle sighed. She did not know what to do to make them both happy. Giselle knew Audrey that she would absolutely hate to get detention, while Giselle was pretty much…okay with it. Audrey had said that she also wanted to read the books in the restricted section, so why not? Giselle thought.

“C’mon Audrey and Zoe! Giselle said enthusiastically. They were about to sneak inside the restricted section, Giselle couldn’t wait! She tried the door, but it was locked. Hmmm… Giselle remembered from Astronomy class that Aneryo only opens already unlocked doors, so that couldn’t work. Do you guys know any spells, anything at all, to get in? Giselle asked.

As soon as Audrey slipped in the restricted area with Giselle, she followed Giselle, hiding under a table nearby, but she knew that this hiding spot was obvious enough for a librarian nearby to see. Trying to seize the size, Audrey then pointed an area behind a stack of bookcases, where she knew they would be safer compared to the table. She then motioned for Giselle to follow her, trying hard to keep the silence. A deafening silence erupted around the area.

Audrey looked back, but not surprisingly, didn't see anyone. Strange. She felt as if someone was spying on them. Audrey patted Giselle's back softly and murmured, "Giselle, I think we're being spied," She felt excited and anxious at the same time, as if it was an adventure of life and death, even though it was only a walk to the restricted area. She then gazed at the strange, magical books. She managed to grab one that stated, "Moste Potente Potions". As a curious 11-year-old and a fan of Potions, she flipped the pages of the book quickly and found a recipe that caught her mind. Polyjuice Potion, she murmured softly, being careful not to be spotted. Lacewing flies (stewed for 21 days), leeches, powdered bicorn horn, knotgrass, fluxweed (picked at full moon), shredded boomslang skin, and a bit of the person you wanted to turn into, like hair or toenails. Interesting. This potion could shapeshift, or rather, change the physical form of ourselves. One day, who knows when, I could try to brew the potion, Audrey muttered.

She then glanced back again, just to make sure there was no one spotting the both of them. According to her experiences, her gut was rarely wrong. If he or she is spying on us, why didn't they report straightaway? She thought for a moment. It was then she thought too hard that she came back to her senses. She had been daydreaming the whole time. But how?

As she looked around, she saw that none of the others were responding to her. Why’s that? What the heck is going on? Giselle thought. As though her mind was telling her something, Giselle thought of something. Of course they thought that this is the restricted section, Giselle thought. There were many other books there, and some for the upper school years, as Giselle thought. Why had I been so stupid? She asked herself. Of course, they aren’t bound to know.

Audrey! Zoe! Giselle cried. She saw that Audrey was hiding behind a stack of bookcases. Audrey, Giselle said, we’re not in the restricted section. It’s probably your hallucination.

There she saw that Audrey was holding a potions book, which Giselle was eager to look at. Polyjuice potion, you say? Giselle frowned. She had heard from her parents that Polyjuice Potion only turns people into another person, which the book did not say that it did. Audrey, I think that it’s not the Polyjuice Potion. You see, I heard from my parents that it only turns people into other people, though I’m not really sure. She then thought for a moment. Actually I overheard them talking about it, they didn’t talk about it to me, Giselle said matter-of-factly.

"No way," Audrey exclaimed. "This was all a... dream?" She muttered, what a hallucination she had. Trying to read the room, she flipped the pages of the Book of Potions she'd been holding on in her hallucination. To her surprise, the book was titled, "Book of Potions", not "Moste Potente Potions". She then tried flipping through the golden-brown, rusty old pages, just to see a bunch of ordinary, commonly-used potions. Instead of the potion named Polyjuice Potion, it was replaced by a potion named Flying Potion. What a boring name, Audrey thought. Polyjuice Potion would be better.

As her mouth went wide-opened, she was interrupted by Giselle. "Audrey! Zoe!" she cried. She then saw that Audrey was holding the very book that was once a gruesome and dangerous book. Audrey explained to Giselle about everything that had happened in her hallucination. "Polyjuice Potion, you say?" Giselle frowned. As Audrey could tell, Giselle did not recall that part of information, or that she'd never remembered the dream the three of us had.

"Audrey, I think that it's not the Polyjuice Potion," Giselle explained. "You see, I heard from my parents that it only turns people into other people, though I'm not really sure about that," Audrey felt something weird going on. Giselle's parents are definitely more than just wizards, she muttered. "Actually, I overheard them talking about it," Giselle continued with the potion. "But they didn't mention it in front of me," she elaborated matter-of-factly, as if it was no big deal. Audrey heaved a sigh of relief as she'd realised this was all a dream.

Audrey then turned her attention towards Zoe. She felt as if she'd never existed in her hallucination, although Giselle's hallucination did. She then thought hard about it. Audrey only noticed Giselle, while both Giselle and Zoe noticed all three of them. But why is that so? Once again, as she'd expected, she mind went blank. She felt as if there were thousands of dementors surrounding her, trying to pull her into the realm of dreams. But she resisted. Sweats began to trick down her wool scarf as she squatted down near a corner of the bookshelf. No way, Audrey thought. How did this happen, all in just an hour? Most importantly, how did Zoe get neglected?

Trying to clear my throat and stand back up, she muttered in embarrassment. "I'm sorry, Zoe," Audrey sighed. "I did not notice you in my dream at all," She then thought for a moment. "Or was it...?" By this time, she knew that magic has no limits, and that things might just come and go, where there are no answers to some potential questions, just like this one. Audrey felt as if she'd learnt a lesson for this hallucination. She felt better. She felt new. A completely different person. At least different from before. Just before she'd expect it, Audrey, along with Giselle and Zoe, went out of the library, each of them learning something new.
