THE HISTORY
His Family had not really payed much attention towards him so Caesar would usually explore the area around his house because there wasn't much to do at his. He never really had any friends, and when he did, they were fake and would use him, he was often bullied at his school as well, because of this he had shut off his emotions. Caesars Parents, Zelda and Harvey Nexon, would work for the ministry so they wouldn't be around often.
