Audrey began pondering around the street as she clenched my hands together, along with her wizard mum who had been grinning from ear to ear. Suddenly, she was the three familiar words, "Weasley's Wizard Wheezes". Audrey gazed at the cowboy lifting his hat as she accidentally tripped onto someone. "Ouch! Sorry!" Without looking properly, she ran inside the shop in embarrassment. It was then she saw a familiar-looking girl, standing beside a Potato Peeling shelf. "Hey there!" she started. Audrey then realised that it was her best friend - Giselle. "Oh, hi! What a coincidence!" Audrey stammered, not realising that someone was behind them...

"Audrey! Where did you go just now? I've been looking for you!" Audrey's mom, Margaret, was staring daggers at her own daughter. "Oh, is that your friend?" Trying to change the subject, she replied, "Yeah, mum, this is Giselle, one of my best friends! She's also a Hufflepuff, by the way!" Margaret began looking around the store, just to find another mum beside Giselle - her mom. "Oh! Are you Giselle's mum, by any chance?" she winked, trying to make eye contact. Giselle's mum, speaking softly, "Oh yes, dear! I'm Giselle's mum." she began. "What a coincidence, dear! Shall we chat around the street?" "As you wish,"Margaret replied, "For both of you, we'll come back in an hour or so,"

Eyeing at the two, Audrey and Giselle giggled. "They looked so funny!"

"I know, right?"

"Speaking of being funny, let's go and explore this store!" Audrey laughed. "I can't wait to hit you with those ever-bashing boomerangs!" Both of them grinned. They knew that this is going to be fun in a matter of seconds.

Seeing the two moms wander off in the street, holding each other’s hands, Giselle couldn’t help but giggled. It was just so funny with them, one trying to talk to the other, the other trying to pull the one into one of the shops. It was all too hilarious, as Giselle saw her mother pushing Audrey’s mother into Dogweed and Deathcap, from a distance. She was still struggling to pull Audrey’s mother into the shop, as her mother quickly said something, holding Audrey’s mother’s arm. From a distance, Giselle could still hear the exasperated sound of C’mon, will you? I need some gillyweed! You might even be able to find some useful stuff in here! Just c’monnnnnnn!!! Grinning, Giselle looked at Audrey. Dunno what will happen next after they go inside that shop. Perhaps lots of quarrelling. Though let’s not waste time on that. We’d better get exploring this fantastic shop! They’re due to come back here in an hour, just do what you want here! Though my mum’s not strict at all, she extremely nice. Giselle added with a hasty grin. I’ve got many Everbashing boomerangs here, Giselle said happily. Wandering off to the heart of the shop, Giselle noticed something special. Something that looked marvellous. It was a shelf full of skiving snackboxes and U no poos. These fantastic pills, Giselle read, can get you out of classes. Giselle loved making mischief. I’ll take one of each! she said brightly. Audrey, haven’t asked you before, but do you like breaking rules? Giselle loved that, and pranking, making mischief, and breaking rules were just the things that Giselle would do. I’ve been thinking, do you want to sneak out at night? Or break all the rules you can? Giselle hoped very much that Audrey would say yes. It would’ve meant a lot to her, able to break rules with her one of her besties.

As Audrey giggled over their silly-looking parents, Giselle looked at her and said, "We'd better get exploring this fantastic shop! They're due to come back here in an hour, so let's just be quick!" Giselle added. "Though my mum's not strict at all, she's extremely nice," she grinned hastily. "I've got lots of Ever-bashing Boomerangs, just so you know," Giselle smiled in mischief. Audrey can't help but smile at the thought of doing anything they want - it's a heaven to the both of them.

As Audrey and Giselle held their hands together, Giselle noticed something special. Audrey began wondering, what are these? As she turned her attention towards what Giselle's looking at, she realised it was a shelf with some skiving snackboxes and U-No-Poos. Audrey began examining a skiving snackbox that read, useful for avoiding responsibilities like work or class- She couldn't read it anymore. Something felt off for her. Perhaps it was because of her atelophobia. Audrey then gazed at Giselle's curly hair, unaware of the surroundings.

"Hello? Audrey!" Giselle waved her hand directly on my eye, waking me off my train of thoughts. "Oh, sorry," Audrey began. "I think-" As if Audrey's voice was too soft, Giselle interrupted her words. "Audrey, haven't asked you before, but do you like breaking rules?" Audrey was stunned as Giselle continued with her elaboration. "I've been thinking, do you want to sneak out at night? Or break all the rules you can?" Audrey felt uncomfortable when someone says the word "breaking rules" or "sneaking out". She had never tried that before. As a child of a strict parent, she had been brought up as a strict child too - she felt uneasy. "Uh," Audrey started but didn't want to disappoint Giselle. "To be honest, I had atelophobia. It's like a mental issue that asks for perfection," Immediately, Giselle frowned. Audrey could tell she felt disappointed already. "But I could, only if it's not severe," Audrey tried to smile, but she couldn't. She hadn't tell her everything about her, yet.

When Giselle heard that Audrey had atelophobia, or whatever it was, a surge of disappointment rushed through her. It was true that Giselle had already broken some rules in her first term with her new friends.

One of them were Tori, who was great fun. But Giselle really couldn’t bear the thought of Audrey, one of her besties, can’t have fun by breaking rules, as she had an illness for fear of making any mistakes. Annoying, it was. Biting her lip, Giselle thought for a while, still decking what she would have to do to persuade her friend to break rules with her.

Please, Audrey, you’re my bestie, please, just have fun with me one time, I’ll- I’ll give ya ten galleons afterwards. Ten galleons, it will be half my pocket money for a month. Now will you agree?

Because breaking rules was the absolute best thing in the world, Giselle was sure that after that, Audrey would’ve had a taste of breaking rules, she would simply enjoy more fun and break more rules.

Some rule-breaking will do her some good.

While waiting for an answer, Giselle drifted off to her world of thoughts, as she always did when she was thinking or feeling exhausted. Her mind was now full of question marks, wondering what would she do to make Audrey come with her when it was time to break rules.

What if she says no? Giselle thought anxiously. If she does, then what would I do? Giselle really couldn’t decide how to persuade Audrey to do it. Please say yes, please say yes, Giselle prayed wholeheartedly. That was - ifonly Audrey agreed. She would simply stop at nothing to make her, nothing at all. She simply needed the tease of fun.

Giselle looked upset. Audrey could tell from her brown eyes filled with heavy bags. But what she didn't know is that she was about to bribe her. "Please, Audrey, you're my bestie, please, just have fun with me one time," Giselle pleaded. "I'll - I'll give you ten galleons afterwards. Now will you agree?" Audrey's mind went blank again. On one hand, she wanted to join Giselle and have fun with her bestie. But on the other hand, her atelophobia is killing her. She felt uncomfortable. This decision is a matter of life and death, in her opinion.

After a long thought, she nodded slightly. "Fine," Audrey grunted. "I could -" She knew Giselle was going to erupt like a volcano on how delighted she would be, but Audrey had decided to make Giselle promise some requirements. "I'm not the kind of person that would be 'bewitched' by money, okay? But still," she tried to emphasise. "Firstly, no more than three times a year," She then paused for a while to get some suspense or some sort. Then, she continued, "Second, it must not be severe," She then wandered away. This looks like some sort of life and death contract, if you ask me. Audrey giggled at the thought. She knew she wasn't ready, but what would hurt for a try? She shrugged off her 'perfectionist' thought and set her eyes on Giselle.

"So, you agree?" Audrey asked. "If not, well, suit yourselves," She then felt a little guilty. Why did she let her choose? Why is she acting so fierce and formal, like a Discipline teacher? At this point, she knew what Giselle is going to choose already. She just needed the response.

Once Giselle heard what Audrey had said, she couldn’t believe it. She just couldn’t. She didn’t even bother to listen to what Audrey was saying afterwards, it just seemed like blurry background music to her.

Yay! When do you wanna start?

Giselle was leaping around the crowded room, jumping up and down, forgetting that others were there at all, only herself and Audrey.

Taking a piece of parchment from her pocket and examining it, Giselle smiled. It was full of the hogwarts school rules, which she had once drew a square icon next to each rule, and a small note saying that if she ticked a box, it meant that she broke the rule already.

Giselle then read to Audrey, First years and second years may not enter Hogsmeade. Done. You may not duel outside of the duelling club.

Giselle paused for a moment. She didn’t break that rule yet, and she was very much hoping to. Trying to ignore the gut feeling, she read on, You may not be outside of your commons rooms after 8:00 pm without permission. Done. You may not be outside of your dorm rooms after 10:00 pm without permission. Done. You may not be outside of your commons rooms before 7:00 am without permission. Done. Students may not enter the Forbidden Forest without permission from professors.

She planned to do it with Tori, @Victoria Lena Jones in Hogsmeade, where they met in early October. Giselle found out that she had not broken the next two rules yet. Grunting, she read on, and found out that she had broke the following four rules.

At long last, Giselle finished reading the long piece of parchment, she found out that she broke five rules in total, which was a disappointment to a serious mischief maker like her.

Ughhh…not enough, she thought. When she pored through the piece of parchment one last time, she found out that there were some rules that they could break, well, quite easily.

Look at this one - Students must wear their school uniform during school hours unless common clothes are permitted by a professor. It would be cool! And this one- There will be no eating or drinking in the library under any circumstances. Ahh, this would be relaxing! Also, do you wanna fly broomsticks outside of the quidditch pitch? she grinned.

Giselle thought that there were many rules that they could break together. Humming, she asked, Which ones do you wanna break?

Audrey knew that, at any moment, Giselle would reply with a "Yay! When do you wanna start?". At this point, it was just as obvious as telling Professor Lear that you performed illegal magic in the middle of a Muggle street in front of fourteen Muggles. Giselle then took her piece of parchment, probably listing down all of the school rules to break, because immediately, as if she'd memorised the whole list (if only she could actually use these skills to listen to her classes!), she muttered, "First years and second years may not enter Hogsmeade. Done. You may not duel outside of the duelling club," Oh no, Audrey thought to herself, this is not going well. And again she was right. Just after that, she continued with her long list. "You may not be outside of your commons rooms after 8:00 pm without permission. Done. You may not be outside of your dorm rooms after 10:00 pm without permission. Done. You may not be outside of your commons rooms before 7:00 am without permission. Done. Students may not enter the Forbidden Forest without permission from professors," she looked at each rule and ticked on the checkboxes beside them as she went on and on.

But that hadn't stopped.

Giselle elaborated, then as if she'd seen ten Galleons on the floor, her eyes shone. "And this one - there will be no eating or drinking in the library under any circumstances. Ahh, this would be relaxing!" Just before Audrey's mind goes blank, she added, finally putting a stop to her list, at the very least. "Also, do you wanna fly broomsticks outside of the quidditch pitch?" Audrey had never tried that before. As a matter of fact, she'd rarely touched her broom. She wasn't a Quidditch fan, nor a Flying enthusiast. In fact, her Flying skills weren't as good as Potions. "Nah, I'd pass," Audrey replied in a boring tone.

"Which ones do you wanna break, then?" Giselle asked again, and I knew what she was thinking. Fortunately, Audrey had an answer. "Hmm... what about Honeydukes?" she started. "I've heard from my brother that their sweets are really good!" At the thought of food, she almost - just almost - salivated, and she didn't want Giselle to get a bad impression on her attitude. She was hungry. It was then she got back around and began searching for something, until she landed eyes on this particular object. Muggle crackers. Interesting, Audrey muttered. She then thought for a while and took one of those, hoping to use it some time later. "Let's go, Giselle!" Audrey motioned for her to follow her to the cashier counter. "Do you want to buy anything, especially that Skiving Snackbox of yours?" She eyed Giselle suspiciously, in some sort of "mocking" way.

Giselle chucked. I’ve seen enough of honeydukes to last a lifetime.

She winked, as if to show Audrey that she was just joking. Never works she get tried of visiting that lovely shop, which contained many acid pops and sticky caramels, Drooble’s Best Blowing Gums and Sherbet lemons, chocolate frogs and every flavour beans… the thought of it sounded great to her. It was, at that specific moment, did she realise that time was up, and they’d better hurry.

Heating Audrey’s words, Giselle smiled, as if to say that it was obvious. Of course I’m buying that extremely lovely Skiving Snackboxes, I got a few here, but sadly they all got used up. I’ll start going around this shop to see if there’s anything, anything at all, that’s useful for breaking rules. Wait a moment here, though.

Giselle then sped off through the numerous rows of people, scurrying around and around the shop. As though a speck of everlasting gold fluttered before her very eyes, she rushed into a crowd as fast as a rocket. The reason was simple - she saw the marauder’s map, one of the most finest and best for rule breaking known to wizardkind.

She quickly grabbed one of the maps and looked at the price of them written beneath it. Ten galleons, she muttered, obviously thinking that it was quite a reasonable price. Therefore, without a moment’s hesitation, she sort back to where she and Audrey were standing previously, and quickly showed her the map.

A special pal for breaking rules. With a bit of luck, we might not get caught this time!

She then quickly slapped her friend’s hand, and placed her skiving snackbox and the marauder’s map on the bank, and quickly taking out her galleons, she paid them without a moment’s hesitation, still grinning widely, looking at Audrey.
