Poetry From a Heart of Silence

Quiet
All words remain inside my throat
They tangle and twist til I can't quote
What goes on inside
Stuck, til my brain got fried
A dark will grow in my chest
When can I feel at my best
The dark slowly consumes
I bet that they don't assume
They guess I'm 'okay' or 'fine'
Things said repeated, an actors line
My emotions were bottled and my anger contained
Some feelings must be restrained
My mouth was glued shut forevermore
Quiet, in a raging storm.

Adolesence
Why don't I cry
Please, explain why
I feel the need to weep
Before I fall asleep
My face untouched by desperate despair
A human feeling most of us share
My brain just won't accept this fact
Or give way to the ability I have lacked
Please regain my right to negative feeling
My shot internal mental healing
My broken world and lost touch
In reality fantasies and such
Some say,
Adolesence is a war and no one leaves unharmed
The longer it rages the more I'm disarmed
I try not to lose myself in a limbo of war
But who am I fighting for
The people or myself
Should I be concerned for health?

My Library
I have always been a library of arts
Locked emotional rooms, a piece of the part
I always thought that I could act
Make use of the feeling I have lacked
A library when my eyes take rest
A cafe aura from where I feel best
Knowledge a thought fill the pages
Things I have learned throughout the ages
A nook by a window where the sky always cries
Where my imagination stays as time flies
The lost stop in my calm and sane
Is where my secrets forever remain
Outside the room is a world of my own
A place where to only my dreams are known
Protecting my grove are reptiles
The astronomical creatures surround miles and miles
This is my mind, my place to heal
A place I've kept and will never reseal.

The Rain
The rain is a symbol of sad before dawn
The solidarity before interaction, destruction before hope
But all in all, I love it
Destruction is an effect of change and revolution
Both of which are considered good
Saying nature is bad is like saying nature isn't beautiful
Nature facinates me, both destruction and creation
Nature is a culture and rain has a language
It speaks to those isolated and quiet enough to hear it's calling
A beautiful song, delicate like a moth's wing
Its entrancingand rhythmic dance
The sky itself mourns over troubling nights
The warm air with the cool drops melting insecurities
The I fall asleep to wake to the greeting of an aftermath of mist
Giving me a "see you later" and the fresh smell of clean air
Like the world was cleansed of sorrow by a mourn itself
A new world; reborn.
