New Friends Closed

Tori walked into the courtyard with her pet mouse on her shoulder and her bag on her back. She wasn't a big fan of the fantasy book series, but his mother had bought him the Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children series, a series of books, via owl mail as a birthday present for her. Sometimes she would read a book under the table during class. Especially in History of Magic class.

She sat on one of the benches. She put her mouse Vick in one of the windows of the school and took a cauldron cake from her bag and cut off a piece and put it there by the window. She took her book out of her bag and found the page she had folded last night and continued reading. Remembering that a girl's quirk was making plants grow, she thought, 'That's a very good quirk. I wish I had this quirk.'

These thoughts were dispersed when her mouse appeared in her hand. She smiled and pulled himself a little closer.

"You're bored, aren't you, Vick? Let's see what we can do?"[

She put her mouse on her shoulder, put her book and the cauldron cake she had never eaten back into her bag, and stood up and began to wander around the Courtyard.
