Not so prefect
Clair had been a prefect for a couple months, and she had enjoyed every second of it, she really had. When her sister had sent her a letter saying that she wanted Clair to step away from the role with no other explanation the ravenclaw had thought it was some kind of stupid prank. She had mulled over her sister’s vague letter for a week before even replying, asking for a reason as to why she should do such a thing. Her sister’s reply had been painfully fast, but really did not explain anything. Her sister had simply said that Clair should be focusing on her studies and social life instead of being prefect.Backdated to March
Clair’s grades had maintained straight Os, and her social life hadn’t been too badly damaged. No, that wasn’t true, she had barely hung out with her friends this year, all her free time taken up by prefect duties or else studying. How her sister had known, Clair was still trying to figure out. The teen had taken most of February to think about it, and had finally decided that her sister was ultimately right, she social circle life had taken a tole. She now sat in the great hall, a tear rolling down her cheek, it had been a great run and she had loved it dearly. Kiwi let out a little mew and Clair gave the cat a half hearted smile, “Your a good kitty, I love you Kiwi.”
She gave the cat a kiss and turned to her breakfast, she wanted to eat before she went to track down her boyfriend, they were due for a day together.
