Charlie is a rather small and thin girl for her age, only 135 centimeters which makes her quite discret. She has wavy brown hair which length goes till the middle of her back and which makes her blue eyes particulalry stand out. She does not have soft hands because she has corn on her fingers due to playing guitar

Charlie, or Lili as her close friends and family call her, can seem pretty shy at first shight. However she is only quiet because she decides to. She loves observing the world around her and learning multiple things, but what she loves most in the world is art. Dancing, playing guitar, drawing, painting. It helps her express her feelings as she struggles with them.
She will always react calmy but with the right words, always being in control of what she says, which can cause her some trouble adjusting to social and peers life.
When she is passionated about something she could talk about it for hours without noticing the signs others might give of annoyance. So art and reading are and always will be her refuge even if, when you get to know her, you come to see her in a different angle. She might seem funny and loves physical contact, always hugging friends and family if they are good for that.
What she values most is respect, honesty and empathy.

Charlie has always lived in Oxford with her mom and dad. The first one being muggle born and the second one wizard born for generations. Their names are Mary and James. Both of them being very occupied by their jobs (doctor for Mary and consultant in the department of justice at the Ministy of Magic for James), Charlie was tutored by a wizard named Theodore who also tutored a few other wizards. Thanks to him she met a lot of people but only a few became her real friends. Leta was her first friend but they lost shight of eachother due to a difference of interest. She then became friend with two other children, both older than her: Terry and Candice. Terry was the nicest guy she ever met and her childhood crush even though now that she is entering Hogwarts she knows he is only her bestfriend and it was only childlish love. What is good with their friendship is that they both live in Oxford and could meet during the holidays when Terry would tell her everything about Hogwarts and all he learned there. He became more like a brother, their family becoming very close to eachother.
Candice was an entire different type of girl, the extrovert one, the one singing in front of crowds without any fear, the one who helped Charlie build her confidence. While having the same tutor it is dance that made them become close to eachother. They met at the dance studio, and Candice being older, she was a model for Charlie and she helped her achieve a pretty good level for a girl of 11 years old.
And when she was home every night, her parents always tried to be there for her, playing board games together (her father made her learn how to play wizard chess) and reading new books every night. Once a month, her parents were autorising her to have a sleepover with Candice and Terry until they went to Hogwarts and then it was only during the holidays...

It was at one of those sleepover that her first instance of magic happened. She was 6 and her, Terry and Candice were laughing so badly during a pillow fight and when Terry tried to attack Charlie with a pillow she pulled her arm out to protect herself and something unexpected happened. The pillow turned back against Terry and pushed him to the other side of the room.
After a minute of pure shock they all cried for Mary and James who came running thinking an accident happened only to find the children with the biggest smile on their face ever.
Charlie finally showed her power. They were all official wizards !

Mary is a woman of average height with big blue eyes and brown hair, just like her daughter while James is rather tall and has auburn hair and a little bit of beard that always tickled Charlie when he gave her a kiss.

They both met at Hogwarts where they shared the same house: Ravenclaw. Firstly best friends, their friendship then evolved into more as they recognized there was something more between them.

After Hogwarts they shortly married, both not wanting to waste time after the war which almost destroyed everything they had.

James found a job at the Ministry of Magic, in the maw department, wanting to make a change and to be sure nothing like the war happen anymore. He evolved quickly and became a consultant in the department.

Mary took an internship at Saint Mangoust were she learned to be a doctor and now she is trying to save lives, the ghosts of the one she was not able to save when she was younger still haunting her.

Now, they are both living in Oxford in a nice little house with a big fireplace helping them go to work everyday and come back to their daughter every night. So when it was finally time for Charlie to go to Hogwarts it left a big void inside the house even though they were very proud of her.
