║ Alice Dale did not trust magic. She didn't trust many things, but magic was a big one. It was rather important as well as she had magic herself and was going to a magic school. But really, she just thought it was unnatural and weird, and really wasn't the best to be used. Which got her in trouble a lot in classes. As she refused to learn spells unless forced, charms was not her best subject. The other students didn't really seem to like her, and she didn't blame them. It wasn't like she tried to make friends anyways. Alice stormed away from her classroom, charms. Her teacher had given her a week of detention and had practically forced her to learn and do some odd and random spell. It had only taken her two tries. See the problem with her is that, she was good at magic, but hated it. It really made Alice's life more complicated than it needed to be. She was so annoyed that she didn't realize she was going to crash into someone until it was too late. She crashed into the person and quickly scrambled up apologizing. "Sorry! I didn't see you there, my fault!"Date: April 15║

𓆙Basil grabbed his satchel as the bell rang and raced out of the classroom. He was hoping to get to his next class, charms, early so he could talk to the teacher about something. Basil loved magic, he thought it was so cool! Basil didn't like talking to people about it though. People were mean and scary. Basil shuddered as he slowed down to a walk and pulled a book out of his bag. People were chattering with their friends everywhere. Basil tried to become smaller as he opened his book. It wasn't nessicerily that he was bad at making friends- it was more that he didn't want to. Not that I am good at making friends anyway. He thought dully as he flipped a page. He was reading about plants. Something he knew all to well about. Why did my mum and dad make me pack plant books! He wondered, annoyed. Looking back down at his book he continued reading. A force crashed into him and sent him flying backwards into the ground. His charms homework and potions essay spilled out of his satchel along with his sketchbook. His book flew out of his hands. Shaking his head to clear it he pushed himself up, making sure nothing hurt, then quickly grabbed his sketchbook and shoved it into his satchel. That could have been a disaster. The person who crashed into him scrambled up and looked at him. Memories flooded his head of falling from a tree and being teased at the ball. Oh no! It's Alice! He thought. Alice apologized without looking at him.
"You." He muttered. Grabbing his stuff he shut his satchel.
"yes it was your fault. Thanks for noticing." Basil said, standing up. He wasn't sure where this all the angry energy was coming from.

║ I blinked, about to apologize again before actually seeing who I was talking to. Basil, the boy who was slowly ruining my life. He had been extremely mean at the ball and overreacted at her curiosity. A sensitive git. Breathing deeply to stop the anger from flowing out, I clenched my hands. "You. Come to whine again and start yelling at me about accidentally hurting your feelings? Because that is not what is happening here." I glared, knowing that I had been a little mean there, but not caring. "I'm sorry for apologizing, you didn't deserve it." My voice dripped with venom. I took a few more calming breaths before glaring harder, my anger bubbling out again. I didn't want to attack him, but if he provoked me....
I stepped back once, not wanting to be in hitting range if he got mad. It wouldn't end well for him as I had taken fighting classes when I was younger and my soccer had me knowing how to kick. But I should have left right there, but something compelled me to stay, to hear him start to cry or yell or whatever he was going to do. I really should have gone, but I waited, waited for his response.║
