Closed Out for a swim... at night

Scarletta was in her dormitory. She had finished her homework, and it was almost curfew. But, well, she didn't want to go to bed. She wanted to explore the castle. And, why not? The only reason was that she might get caught, but what was Hogwarts without detention anyway? She didn't really care either way. So she tiptoed out of her dorm and snuck into the common room. No one there. Yess, she thought, now I can leave in peace and quiet. She left her common room and looked around. The corridor was clear. She decided it was time for a hair-color-change, and turned her hair to violet. It would blend in better.
Scarlet walked stealthily through the castle, and after walking around for about 5 minutes, she decided to get some fresh air. She left the castle, heading to the lake. The wind blew her violet hair in every direction, and Scarlet turned it blue-green, the color of her eyes and the sea. Then she ran towards the lake, the wind behind her, blowing her forward. As Scarlet neared her destination, she thought she saw something. Better said, someone. That something was not a thing, but a human. Scarlet quickly hid behind a boulder, and squinted to see if she knew who it was.

As the person came closer, she saw that the girl looked like a red-haired second year. She didn't look like a prefect, or a teacher. So Scarlet crept away from the rock, and walked slowly a little closer to the stranger.
