An Unexpected Encounter
@Topaz November
Elisa, arms loaded with books, was nervously scanning the surroundings. Where was she? Even after her first few days here, Hogwarts was still not familiar. All the corridors and the tricky staircases? And then the fake doors and the places where you had to tap a specific place to get in? No, it was too much. She now found herself at the foot of some giant staircases. Which one do I take? She asked herself, not wanting to be late far class. Unable, or rather not knowing how to decide, she randomly took one. As she was climbing, the stairs took a sudden swerve to the right, throwing her off balance.
Elisa managed not to fall, but she had already lost her sense of direction. She just concluded climb onto the top of the staircase and ask some older students once she got there. "Ugh, why does Hogwarts need to be so complicated? And why don't we get a map? Plus teachers expect us to be on time when we're struggling to find the class!", Elisa muttered under her breath, unhappily.
To her greater disappointment, the stairs lead her to a deserted corridor. She heaved a big sigh, when she heard footsteps coming.
