I would be at Hogwarts very soon, and I knew I would be lonely. Who wants to be lonely? Hmm maybe I could get a pet! I thought. I was never able to have pets before at home, so how that I would be at Hogwarts, I could finally have one! I was already in Diagon Alley, so I went straight to t the Magical Menagerie! As I broke through the doors, my sight was suddenly filled with all sorts of animals: cats, owls, bunnies, lizards, ferrets, you name it! I walked around, carefully studying the animals, one of them would be my best friend for my whole journey at Hogwarts, I had to be sure I picked the right one. I did make sure to steer clear of the spiders though, those terrified me, I shuddered as I ran quickly past them to see the rest of the animals. They were all so adorable, how could I possibly choose just one! But anyways, one is better than none, which is what I had before Hogwarts, so I couldn’t wait to have my own little fuzzy friend! As I was walking about, I saw the shop owners, and smiled at them. I continued looking, until a certain breed caught my eye. It was a sand coloured bunny with a fuzzy body and an adorable face. I moved my face down to read a little bit about it, including its name. A Lionhead Thumper they called it, cute. I looked at the bunny for a few more moments, it was perfect. In those few second I could already feel us bonding, this was the one. I smiled at her, I couldn’t wait for her to be mine, I loved her already. I told Miss Witticker, one of the storekeepers that this was the one. Now, it was time for the next big decision: her name. The easy part was done, finding the right one, but a name, it was pretty important too. Luckily, I think I’m pretty good at coming up with names, nicknames at least. Thinking long and heard for a minute, I went through a list, quietly muttering out loud to myself. “Well, I want her name to be related to summer, maybe a summer flower?” I thought again “Sunflowers, roses, daisies”. I gasped that’s the one!. Smiling, I said to the woman “Daisie, her name is Daisie”. That day, I left the shop with a bunny and a huge smile on my face.
