2. Skeletons in your closet
WRITING (poem) | Credits: Rhymer.com

There's a skeleton in my closet
Its been there for a long time
Sometimes it comes out at night
A while past my bedtime.
It mostly sits beside my bed,
But sometimes stands up instead.
It tells me stories about what it used to be
Before it was in my closet, see.
I listen to it ramble on
About life and death
Until comes dawn.
Then it retreats back into the closet.
Where it stays hidden
For days
Perhaps a week
Sometimes a month
Or two
One day it vanishes away
And maybe, I pray,
It will come back to me someday.

8. Secret Tunnel
WRITING (short story) | Credits: n/a
Reducio
I lifted up the heavy wooden trapdoor and shoved it to the side to look at what lay beneath it. Looking into the hole, all I could see was an endless darkness, like a void - tentatively, I reached into it with my arm to feel for anything that might indicate what I was to expect down there. Nothing. When I say nothing, I mean nothing important or useful - just a little spider was crawling along my palm.
Yet I still gripped the edges of the hole and brought my feet crouched beside it. And slowly I lowered myself as far as I could before letting go of the wood and falling, a few feet, into the darkness. When I landed, I quickly grabbed my torch from my pocket and turned it on to see a vast tunnel opening out in front of me, lined with large, crumbling stone bricks and with a stream of water sitting at the bottom.
I stepped into the tunnel and splashed in the water a little. The sound echoed throughout the tunnel, and I continued further and further, until the hole I'd entered through was merely a speck of light in the distance behind me. The tunnel grew colder. In the moment, I wished I'd brought something to keep me warm in this ice-cold place; a coat, perhaps.
After a few minutes, I reached the end of the tunnel and unlocked the trapdoor. Yet no light shone through this hole, so I nervously climbed out with my torch close to hand. Where am I?
Suddenly, the trapdoor slammed shut. And my torch went dark.
