Lesson Curiosity
@Orion Lécuyer
After class had ended, a young first-year hufflepuff was walking down the hallway and stopped at the door to the defense against the dark arts classroom, curious to see what the older students were learning about that day. She looked into the classroom but saw it was empty she walked inside and started to look around. When she turned, she saw a wardrobe in the middle of the classroom.
"What's that doing in here?"
She stood there, her curiosity growing by the second. She was wondering why what seemed like a normal wardrobe was doing in the classroom and if anything was inside it.
She slowly started to approach the wardrobe, not knowing it was something something terrible await her if she were to open it. She continued to move closer to the wardrobe when all of a sudden, it started to shake. She jumped back in fear.
"What was that?*
she couldn't help but wonder what was making the wardrobe move. she started to approach it again each step. The wardrobe started shaking more violently. She was scared but her curiosity was too much she had to know what was inside the wardrobe. She slowly reached out her hand towards the handle of the wardrobe.

Lesson Curiosity
Anthony was heading down to the library, curious about a particular phenomenon that. He had encountered during his Herbology class and wanted to know more. As he walked down the corridors of Hogwarts he noticed the moving paintings, all in their normal conversations and bickering as usual, and Anthony sort of rushed passed them. He had no interest in being caught in the crossfire of a heated conversation. Besides, when he had his sights set on an interesting subject, very little could deter him from it.
Apparently, this was one of those times. He was just passing by the Defense of The Dark Arts Classroom, a class that Anthony knew he would find fascinating - more so than the other subjects - and he could tell that class had just released because there were a number of students heading in the opposite direction of him. However, as he was passing by the doors to the classroom he saw a girl around his age alone. She had blonde hair held up in a ponytail, she was standing in front of a wardrobe in the middle of the classroom.
She seemed curious. Curious on the contents of the wardrobe. Honestly, if Anthony didn't know what was in there he too would be curious. But, unfortunately, he knew exactly what was in there. He had taken that class just a couple days before, and it was interesting to say the least. The first lesson for first years taught in the Defense of the Dark Arts Class was about Imps, nasty little creatures. They were dangerously mischievous and difficult to capture. In the class, Professor Lecuyer took on a more practical approach to teaching and would release the Imps under a controlled environment for the students to round up. It seems the wardrobe he used to keep the imps contained was still here.
Anthony then noticed that the girl was reaching to open the wardrobe, out of pure instinct Anthony stopped before opening the classroom door wider, "Whoah, wait!" He called out to warn her, unsure if it was too late...

Orion found himself immersed in the never ending task of grading before the start of his next class, his third year students who would be learning about boggart banishing. He had already set up the wardrobe where old Boggy the Boggart lived. Merlin, what a dreadful creature it was, but he was important to keep around for lesson's sake. He was not a foolish man, however, and had several charms placed on the wardrobe to keep in secured. Really there wasn't any way that a certain curious first year could have pried it open, regardless of how much Boggy wanted out.
When Orion noticed the nosy creature, he simply walked up behind her and grabbed her by the wrist, "Ah, this? Well, it's where I keep my pet monster, Ms. Johnson." He drew in a long sigh to show his disapproval. "Had you opened this cabinet it would have transformed into your worst fear. You see, it sustains itself by feeding on fear, becoming an embodiment of the deepest anxieties harbored by those foolish enough to face it. Creatures like these happen to be why the first rule of my classroom is to not touch anything."
He took a step away from her after he had guided her away from the wardrobe, his eyes flickering over to the other student who had made an appearance. "Do either of you have any questions related to my class, or have you just come to poke around my personal belongings?"

Lesson Curiosity
As she feels a hand on her wrist, she is a bit startled but feels a bit relieved when she sees the professor standing there.
"Sorry, sir, I was just wondering why it was in this classroom." she looked down, knowing she had gotten herself into trouble for her curiosity
"Sir, can I ask you why you have a monster as a pet? why is it so angry? Why is it kept inside a wardrobe? "
she asked, looking back up at you. I'm still very curious about the whole situation
"How exactly does it change into your fear? is there a transfiguration spell used on it? what if you aren't afraid of anything?"
She continued to ask questions, and she was asking them a bit faster every time she asked a question she was a naturally curious person wanting to know everything about the different things there was revolving magic
"Why is it taught to students who are higher the first and second year?"
She started to pace back and forth as the curiosity and questions continued to boil up inside her small head. she felt herself about to explode from all the questions and curiosity coursing through her veins at the very moment.

Lesson Curiosity
As Anthony ran into the classroom to try and stop the girl from opening the cabinet, he was beaten to her by... Professor Lecuyer! The girl seemed to jump as the professor grabbed her wrist, stopping her from touching the cabinet. He explained that he had a 'pet monster' within the cabinet. A monster that could transform into your worst fear and feed off of the fear that you give. This highly confused Anthony and he wanted to ask a couple of questions, but it seemed that the Hufflepuff girl beat Anthony to the hoard of asking questions.
But as she ranted on, it gave Anthony the chance to think. "A creature that could turn into your fear... A Bogart!" he said to himself. That would explain why Anthony saw Imps instead of anything else. Imps had hurt his sister when they were young and Anthony had feared Imps ever since. During the class the Bogart must've seen Anthony first, then manifested into multiple versions of that fear to deal with the many students. Thankfully, the Red Sparks Charm that they had learned in the class before had proved helpful in stunning the mischievous creatures.
The girl seemed to finish her questions, awaiting for an answer, or perhaps stopping out of embarrassment. In Anthony's opinion, curiosity was not a thing that should be held back, in fact should be a thing to embrace. Interrupting Anthony's thinking was a question from the Professor. What was Anthony doing here?
"Well sir," Anthony replied confidently, although letting a little bit of nervousness sneak out. "I was just heading to the library, but then I happened to catch her almost opening the cabinet." he gestured to the Hufflepuff girl, she was about the same age as him. Quite possible that she was a first year, "I was just trying to stop her, but it seems like you beat me to it Professor." With the Hufflepuff girl seemingly to be Anthony's own age, and even more possibly a first year, it begged the question on why she was in a class learning about Bogarts which we weren't supposed to learn about until we were third-years. Unless she snuck into a third year class just as Anthony did to get some extra experience. Anthony could never satisfy his curiosity and urge for learning and perhaps this student was similar.
After delivering his words to the professor Anthony approached the girl, preparing for introductions. "Hey, I'm Anthony." He said, extending his arm slightly for a handshake awaiting her reaction...

She turned around when she heard someone behind her speak, and she noticed a student around her age standing there.
hello, my name is Amanda. it's nice to meet you.
she shook his hand but she had a question running through her mind she just had to ask
I'm sorry I seem to have gotten you into trouble too. I have a question to ask you, though. can you tell me how you knew what was in that wardrobe you look like a first year student like me yet I didn't know what it was.
she thought maybe he read about it in a book or overheard, and an older student mentioned it, but her curiosity made her want to know how a first year could possibly know about the creature. she knew her curiosity had already gotten her into trouble by the professor, but she was hoping her questions she was asking you weren't coming off as rude. she started to feel worried as she continued thinking about what she had asked and waited for some confirmation from him, letting her know if what she had just asked was rude or not. her mind would always get the best of her, and that is something she really didn't like about herself.

"Nice to meet you Amanda." He replied to her greeting. As she grabbed his hand and shook it. He couldn't help but notice that her shake seemed to be fast and a little rushed, she was making direct eye contact but seemed to have something on her mind. She then asked the question on how he knew what was in the cabinet. "Oh, um.. I read a book about it in the library." He replied, but then he leant forward slightly and whispered, "I also may or may not have been eavesdropping on the third years when they were learning about them." He said nervously but discreetly enough to where the Professor hopefully wouldn't hear him.
He knew that Hufflepuffs tended to be honest and disapproving of such behaviors, but he trusted her enough to hopefully not tell the professor. She seemed to be slightly embarrassed about asking the question, perhaps considering that the question may have been rude. He tried comforting her with a small smile. He understood that she was just curious about things and he was totally for that, he himself was curious as well so he didn't blame her.
In fact, he was just heading to the library for some personal research of his own. He continued to notice a certain look in her eyes. It was a look that he knew all too well, it was a look to cover up racing thoughts, he has them too all the time. What really helped him though was writing in a journal, it provided a personal method to jot down all his thoughts on paper. In fact he had brought it with him, he was going to write some notes when he was in the library.
He also brought an extra notebook and quill as well, and had an idea. He took both out and gave it to Amanda. "I likely won't be needing this, and it's becoming a small burden to carry around all the time." He reached out with his arm to give it to Amanda, "Here, maybe you should have it. I'm sure it will be of more use to you than it will for me anyway." He gave her a wink and hoped that she would catch on, he didn't want to intrude on her mind and very well knew that people preferred to keep the things in their head to themselves...
