Dinner by myself

Thoughts
After a long day of classes, Sarah is starving! She had skipped lunch that day because we was so invested in her book: "The Book of Spells". Sarah was annoyed at first that she had to buy so many textbooks, but after reading a little bit, she actually really enjoys her books!
Sarah walked into the great hall and saw the four long tables with all the different houses. Sarah decides to sit down at the Hufflepuff table with all the other Hufflepuffs. She sits at the very end of the table, nervous because she doesn't know anyone. After all, it is her first week at Hogwarts.
There are so many kids in the Great Hall. Everyone is talking and laughing with one another.
Sarah reaches for the tray holding the chicken and rice, and scoops a helping on her plate. She then takes out her "Book of Spells" book and starts to read and eat at the same time. For some reason, Sarah begins to cry. Maybe it's a mix of the stress of having new classes, or just the feeling of loneliness. Or maybe it's because for the first time since she reached Hogwarts, she feels homesick. Sarah closes her book and lays her head in her arms on the table.
I miss my family. I miss my sister. I miss my mom and dad. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I miss all my brothers too. I just want to go home.
Sarah cries more. But then all of a sudden she looks up and sees another student sitting across the table from her.
