Pluto Maxima was born on the 6th September 2012 in Inverness, Scotland. Her mother, Rona Ruskin, and her father, Henry Maxima, were both deeply in love and married until a falling out they had when Pluto was 4. They remained good friends but it ended up as a divorce. Since then, Rona moved to london for a new job at the MoM. Henry remained in Scotland with Pluto and home schooled her as if she were any other muggle. She has no siblings she was able to spend her time with so she began to develop an aptitude for soccer and other muggle sports. She spent hours being active that henry found it hard for her to settle down.

Pluto’s education was completely homeschooled aside from various tutors at local libraries when her father was unable to teach certain subjects. While learning basic education, Henry told Pluto the stories and tales Rona always talked about to him. These stories were of her time at Hogwarts: the time a niffler stole her jewellery right before the annual ball. Or the time she accidentally blew up her cauldron in a potions class. Because of this, Pluto had some idea of what Hogwarts and the Wizarding world would be like. However, Henry naturally forgot or left out some parts which just left more for Pluto’s imagination.
She never really excelled at academic studies and was rarely found with a book. She would always be called home and turn up with twigs in her hair or scrapes on her knees. When she was very little and only just learning to speak, she would babble nonsense to random strangers and somehow always found a way to make acquaintances easily as she grew up. She relied more on common knowledge rather than wisdom as other might. While she is more prone to accidents or problems, she learned faster this way.

Her first instance of wandless magic occurred when she was just coming up to 9 years old. Her and her father were painting the very tall walls on the outsides of their house. Because of age creeping up on him, Henry had been having consistent back pains and consequently, Pluto was the one to go up the ladder and paint the house instead. She was just up to painting under the eaves when a nasty looking spider jumped out from underneath. She got scared and jumped back, taking a step behind her but alas, there was nothing but air and empty space to hold her up. She was falling before she knew it and was sure to get at least a broken bone or two from it. But no, she simply hovered there, nose inches away from the dirt. As soon as it happened, she was falling again but only by a minuscule distance to what it would have been. Henry knew what this was, what she was. A witch.
When her letter from Hogwarts came, the only person more excited than Pluto was her father. It was a tough departure as he waved at the fleeing Hogwarts Express, but awaits her return at the end of her first year at Hogwarts.
