Lost in the corridors

Tracey had just left the Ravenclaw common room, she decided to go take a walk since she was bored and she was all done all the homework that she had gotten. Tracey didn't want to just stay in her dorm and sleep all day, she wanted to do something active, and maybe meet someone new. She walked down the stairs and while walking, the stairs moved. Tracey didn't fall this time, since she wasn't running and she was holding onto the railing just in case the stairs decided to move. When the stair case stopped moving, Tracey continued to climb down the stairs and once she got to the landing, she turned right and walked along the right side of the corridor. Tracey wasn't sure if she was lost or not, but she surely didn't know where she was. Maybe she'd encounter someone that could help her and maybe tell her where she was, or she could meet someone that was also lost and the two could find their way back together, or she'd find someone and they won't even help her. There are a lot of things that could happen to her and she hopes that something good happens and not something bad.

Lost in the corridors
Miho was walking along one of the corridors of Hogwarts when she happened to see the moving staircases again. Although it wasn’t the first time she had seen them, the sight of them moving always amazed her. As a first year, many parts of the castle were still new to her and exploring it was a good way of remedying that. As she approached the end of one of the corridors near the landing, she saw a girl around her age looking confused. Miho was usually not the type to approach a stranger to initiate a conversation, but something about the girl seemed to draw her attention enough that she called out to her. “Excuse me, do you need help? Are you lost?”
After the words had left her mouth, Miho realised that she too did not realise where she was. Afterall, she was exploring, and one didn’t explore places they were already familiar with. She was not too sure how much help she’d be, but at least two of them figuring it out together would be better than just doing it alone. “Honestly, I’m not exactly sure where I am as well, but if you like, we can figure it out together.”

After the words had left her mouth, Miho realised that she too did not realise where she was. Afterall, she was exploring, and one didn’t explore places they were already familiar with. While lost in her good and bad thoughts about being lost, Tracey didn't see the girl walking over to her. She only snapped out of her thoughts when she heard a voice. She jumped slightly and turned around. She then saw a girl around her age next to her. Tracey sighed with relief and listened to her before saying,
"Y-you scared me! Bu-but yes, I-I do need help. I-I'm indeed lost. I-I'd like that. I-I feel like it's better if two people stick together in a big place like this school,"
Tracey had a feeling that the girl didn't try to scare Tracey, but since she was stuck in her thoughts, the girl kinda did. But, Tracey would still love to become friends with her! Maybe the two could talk while they walked along the corridors trying to figure out where they are.
"O-oh, I-I'm Tracey Bailey a first year Ravenclaw. And you are?" Tracey says introducing herself to the girl.
The first thing in making friends is to learn the person's name. But then again, meeting someone regardless you'll learn their name, and hopefully you'll become friends. As a shy girl, Tracey doesn't have much friends. At the moment she has four friends, which is the same number of friends that she had while in the muggle world.
