There was just an hour left for the crack of dawn. The sun hadn't yet begun to light the sky, but the stars were still vivid. Dhamathi had laid down on the tower floor, near the balcony, eyes straight up to the sky, stars twinkling in her eyes.

She had a rough day and wasn't able to sleep. She wished her friends who had gone home for the winter holdiays were her. She had managed to sneak out, just barely. The prefects seemed quite diligent this year, and she wondered if they ever slept. She had a white full-sleeved crop top and her torn blue jeans on. She was wearing her favorite sneakers. Her hair was in an elegant and simple waterfall braid.

The coldness of the night hadn't reached her, and she had hoped and prayed behind relief that no prefect ever did either. This night, especially when the stars looked so bright was perfect for her to just relax and think. She doubted she would ever get this opportunity again. That is until she heard soft footsteps creep toward her. She rolled her head over, making eye contact with the individual. "Oh, it's just you! I was worried it was one of the perfects." She murmured, a small smile gracing her lips. "Want to join me?" She asked, turning her attention back to the sky. "It's quite beautiful tonight!"
