Character Backstory: Blair was born to a veela mother and a human father in a small village in France. Her mother, a powerful veela, had fallen in love with her father and they had a whirlwind romance before getting married. They were both ecstatic when Blair was born, a beautiful half veela with her mother's striking features and her father's dark hair.
Growing up, Blair had a normal childhood, playing with her older brother, Luc, and learning about her veela heritage from her mother. She was always fascinated by magic and would often sneak into her mother's study to read her spell books. However, her parents were hesitant to send her to Hogwarts, worried about how the other students would react to her veela powers.
But when Blair received her Hogwarts letter at the age of 11, she was overjoyed. Her parents finally relented and she was off to start her first year at the renowned wizarding school
First Instance of Magic: While in a heated argument with her older brother, a 9 year old Blair accidentally raised her hand angrily and suddenly her brother went flying across the room to the wall. Shocked, Blair immediately rushed to his side, and her brother gave her a look, and shuffled out of the room to tell her parents.
