The Hogwarts Express in its first year
As Acacia walked towards the Hogwarts Express, she couldn't help feeling a mix of excitement and apprehension. She was nervous about being in a new environment, surrounded by people she didn't know. But at the same time, she knew that the magical world held so much wonder and possibility that she couldn't wait to explore.
The station was bustling with activity, with families and students rushing to catch their train to Hogwarts. Acacia noticed that some of the students were holding owls – the magical world's preferred mail carriers – or cats and toads that she assumed were their pet companions. She couldn't help feeling a sense of awe and wonder at the sight of such magical creatures.
As Acacia made her way to the platform, she noticed that the train was made up of several carriages – some with windows and some without – and that there were other students boarding the train with her. She took a deep breath and steeled herself, knowing that this was just the beginning of her journey in the magical world.
As she settled into her seat, Acacia couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. She knew that at Hogwarts, she would learn so much about magic and the wizarding world. She would make new friends, explore new places, and possibly even discover new powers that she didn't know she had.

She saw trees that she had never seen before, some with leaves that glowed in the darkness and others with branches that were covered in sparkling lights.

The Hogwarts Express in its first year
Roman had just finished getting his stuff onto the train alongside himself and even when he just got in the places to sit were almost completely filled up. He continued looking and seeing multiple students sitting next to each other and enjoying small talk about their summers and people around his own age interacting and making new friends.
"Great..." He mumbled to himself, looking more and more for somewhere to sit. Every single box, full. It was like he had nowhere to sit. He was getting more and more nervous, and over time the train started to move. Well this wouldn't turn out well, he needed to find a seat soon...
Continuing along he kept searching. Eventually he found a more or less empty box with only one girl in it, looking out the window. Roman didn't want to bother her as she seemed just as nervous as he was about going to this Hogwarts school. However because everywhere else seemed full he opened the door and looked over to the girl.
"Um, I hope you don't mind, all the other boxes are full... I'm kinda worried that if I don't find a place soon I may... well... never mind." He sits down next to her and pulls a little necklace from his pocket. It was a fake Topaz on a silver line, he didn't know what it meant when his mother gave it to him but after looking at it he eventually put it back in his pocket.
"So uh... what's your name? Mine's Roman Ashenvale." He nervously says to the girl across from him.
