A morning encounter

Tracey awoke early on Tuesday morning. Normally she'd wake up at 5 am, but she ended up waking up at 4:30 am, and she tried to go back to sleep, but she wasn't able go back to sleep. She got out of bed and put her uniform on. Once she was ready, She looked at the clock and noticed that it was 5 am. She grabbed her bag and left the dorm. She went down the stairs and into the empty common room. She left the common room and decided to take a walk to wake herself up and maybe she'd be able to meet someone and make a new friend. Tracey made her way to the Entrance Hall and she left the castle heading to the Grounds to take a walk near the Great Lake, and hopefully this time, she wouldn't fall into the lake. While walking Tracey looked at the scenery around her. She loved how pretty Hogwarts looked in the winter time and knew that she'd be staying for winter break. Tracey was excited for winter break and she couldn't wait to explore the castle during that time. Tracey was too busy thinking about winter break to even look at her surroundings, but luckily, she didn't bump into anyone or anything. When she snapped out of her thoughts, she saw a baby bird on the ground. She rushed over to the bird and took it into her hands and placed it safely into the birds nest which wasn't too high up the tree, and thankfully Tracey didn't get bitten by the mother bird.
