About Libraries
Like any rational student ever, the first things Ai checked out of Hogwarts were the library. It's huge, it's filled on the brim with books, and Ai had owlishly gaped like a tiny little idiot. There has been a curious question on his mind, and that is, how do these magical people look at normal-, oh he meant, muggles.
Snickering quietly at the silly name, he let his hands graze the wood shelves as he eyed the labels with interest. Are there any science related books in here? Ai didn't make reading subject books a hobby, but he knew doing that is fun when technology wasn't a thing here.
Hm... maybe he'll do better luck at the medic section? Those are the only things he can see being related to biology in any way. Ai wasn't so sure if magical people bothered to learn the structure of atoms are, or how to calculate the mass of five-hundred sheets of paper by dividing the number with the amount of weight it has (let it be known Ai and physics had a bad start).
As he though, there wasn't much on the medical books. They could be in the restricted section, which he was told a place where he need a teacher's signature for it. They are related to human biology, so maybe they worry students might want to rupture one's organs silently with a hand wave for 'science purposes'? Ai shivers.
Huffing slightly, he eyed the medic books with furrowed brows. Let's see... last he'd been learning is about alleles, and his teacher had told him hair does not work as simple as how genetics were transferred, and it's not co-dominance either. In a way, it's similar to how inks work against blank paper. Ai is more than happy to admit he had no idea about the topic in hopes they will explain it to his nerdy brain, but alas.
Unwillingly, he thought of those wonderfully long red locks, a white strand on their bangs as eyes with long lashes winked slowly.
...he pouts.
'Of course this Hogwarts thing couldn't wait until I finished building the character I pulled just about, don't they?,' He thinks rather sulkily to himself, sitting down with a book related to medical studies of muggles in his hand, 'Urgh... I miss my laptop.'
Silently, he opened the book with a resigned sigh. Hoping he'll get expelled soon so that he can come back to his home and to the muggle society he prefers.
