Fateful tracks
Once finally inside the Hogwarts Express after a very big amount of hugs from his parents, Blair took a deep breath, the scent of the polished wood already made him remind of his home, but it wasn't time to already get homesick. Strugglingly holding all his luggage, filled with not only the various school supplies, but many gifts and souvenirs from his family. As it wasn't already too heavy for me without all of those..., he sighed, but the thought of his caring parents still made the young boy burst into a smile. For choosing which compartment to stay in for the next few hours, it wasn't so hard to choose for him, he would just choose the one closest to the entrance where he was, so as to not have to carry those ridiculously heavy bags for another minute. So Blair slid open the first door he saw without looking what and who was inside it, but when the wizard noticed there was a girl with brown curly hair of approximately neck length sitting on the left, he wanted to make sure it was okay for him to enter :
- "Helloo, my name is Blair Selewyne, do you mind if I stay in this compartment with you during the trip? I try not to be too annoying I promise.", he said as he grinned.

Tracey waved to her parents before hopping onto the train. The young girl nervously went into the very first compartment that she could see which was empty. She opened the door, closed it, then sat down near the window. She saw her parents and waved at them. She put the bag that she was holding in the cubbyhole above her head and then sat back down. So far no one was inside of the compartment with Tracey which made her happy, since she wasn't sure if she'd make any friends at all. When the train was about to go, Tracey waved at her parents one last time, and before it started to move, Tracey heard the compartment door open. She looked at the door and saw a boy around her age with disheveled red hair that fell onto his shoulders. Tracey looked at him and nodded her head then quietly and slowly said,
"Uh, sh-sure. I-i Do-don't mi-mind. Al-also, I-i'm Tray-Tracey Bai-Bailey,"
Tracey stuttering was a normal thing, but she wasn't sure how Blair would react to Tracey's stutter. If only she wasn't so scared, she'd be able to make much more friends then she already has and she's not even sure if she'd be able to see her friends or not at the school.

Having received an positive response, the young boy stepped into the compartment, his enthusiasm slightly bothered by the weight of his luggage. As he navigated his way to a seat, the boy nearly tripped but managed to regain his balance by holding one of the armrests. After a short pause to catch his breath, Blair fought with organizing his belongings in the cubbyhole over him, ultimately surrendering and leaving a part of his luggage at his side.
"Hah... parents, am I right?" he exhaled with a playful grin. "They've loaded me up with so many souvenirs, but now I can barely lift my bags. They really mean well, though!"
Turning his attention to the girl in the compartment, Blair leaned in, putting his head on his hands with elbows resting on his knees. Attempting to start conversation, he began, "Soooo...." His gaze remained fixed on the girl's eyes. After a brief pause, a chuckle escaped him, and he looked away momentarily.
"I'm sorry; I'm not the best at starting conversations," he confessed, glancing back at her. "Truth is, I'm pretty excited about going to Hogwarts, but... I'm also a bit nervous about how things will happen, if I'll mess up, and..." Blair paused, taking a deep breath, realizing he shouldn't delve into overly negative thoughts, especially considering Tracey seemed anxious as well.

Fateful tracks
Tracey watched Blair enter the compartment, but she didn't watch him fully, since she began looking out the window excited to see all the nature around them once they left the station. She also couldn't help but wonder what the castle will look like since her parents had only told her a little bit about the castle.
"Wh-why wo-would the-they do th-that? Do-don't the-they know th-that you ha-have to carry all of it?" Tracey asked shocked by what Blair had said.
Her parents wouldn't ever send her to a school with a bag full of mostly souvenirs expecting her to carry it with her all day or until she gest to the school. And she couldn't help but wonder what Blair's presents would do that to him. As silence fell on the two of them again, Tracey continued looking out the window and noticed that they were passing by a farm. She saw the animals at the farm and tried waving at them, but realized that they wouldn't wave back at her.
"S-same with me! I-I stutter a lot, so I-I'm all-always worried th-that the pe-people I meet don't want to be my friend," Tracey started. She then added,
"I-I'm all-also excited for Hogwarts. But am also nervous, be-because I-I'm not sure if I-I'd be a-able to make any friends,"
