Corridor Stairs
November 2023
→ Wand - Silly Puff - Coffee - Quill & Ink - Homework
The green haired wix was rather infuriated at the moment, they were absolutely and utterly focused on their history assignment. Jay Victoria did not care about the fact that they were sitting on the moving stairs. A group of first years passed by and made fun of them, “Tarantallegra,” Jay said loud and clear, flicking their wand. The group of boys were certainly much more quiet as they tried to help their dancing friend get down the stairs.
Besides the cozy library, Jay found comfort in the Hogwarts stairs. They were a never ending moving labyrinth, despite being a student for six years there were still a few surprises here and there. Not only was it a place that they liked to sit and do homework, but it was somewhere to perch and watch others like a king lion watching over a savanna. Though from an outside perspective, the Wix looked much more like a struggling hyena than anything else. Not only was their school robe unbuttoned but so was their shirt underneath. Even their tie was missing which had recently became a bad habit of Jay.
The green haired student placed down their tin cup of coffee and stared at the parchment papers on their lap. At this point, the coffee was not affecting them anymore. So far Jay had completed ten pages in their report, however, it was hard to decide wether or not it was worth continuing.
Without caution, Jay moved their leg in a way that accidentally made their cup fall.
“Oh gulping gargoyles…” spilling coffee on someone was not on Jay Victorias to do list for the day.
I’m back. Jay or Deplorable ooc. Owls open for threads.

Nyx Flamesong ~ First Year ~ Word Count: 233
With @Jay Victoria
Speaking: 00B8FF
Nyx was roaming the corridors still learning the floor plan of this massive castle. As a first year, she was still struggling to find her way through the castle… as well as finding people to talk with.
Here she was, lost yet again, trying to find her way back to somewhere familiar. “Man, this place needs a map.” She mumbled to herself, in annoyance, mostly at herself for getting lost. Kids wandered all around her, but none were paying attention to her plight. Not that it was obvious. Nyx was a professional at hiding her feelings.
All of a sudden, she felt a warm liquid splash onto her. She let out a shout of surprise. She looked up, seeing an older kid with papers on his lap, and a tin cup with dark coffee at their feet. They looked older than Nyx, with their robes all messed up. Looking down at her own robes, Nyx noticed a dark stain running down the blue of her Ravenclaw tie.
She sighed to herself, knowing it was likely ruined, which would mean she would have to get another. To get another would mean she would have to go back to her common room, which she still had no clue where it was. Turning to the older kid, she decided to see if she could get the help she needed. “Well, hello.”
