Quidditch
Lilith's dark hair moved in the wind, covering her face and causing her to move it out of her vision. Her bare feet sunk into the dirt as she walked to the Mess Hall. The sun was covered by some clouds with a slight overcast. Lilith sure hoped it didn't rain. A slight breeze ruffled her clothing again.
After the Welcoming Bonfire, Lilith had a struck of genius. With a little help from Dinah Dragensail after brainstorming what it would be like to have a little Quidditch match, Lilith couldn't help but make one herself. The Quidditch Pitch stood, abandoned and Lilith saw it as a wasted opportunity not to use it. Whatever may come out of this, Lilith hoped that at least she would get onto her broom and off the ground for a little bit. Flying became one of her favorite past times her first year at Hogwarts and she'd hate to have to go the summer without it.
Slipping out a piece of paper from her pocket, Lilith stuck it to the wooden door at the front of the Mess Hall. She banged the tack in with her fist. It was still early in the morning and hopefully, people will see the sign as they go to breakfast. Lilith knew that she wasn't the most famous or even liked by the students, but Quidditch should stand over Lilith's personality.

QUIDDITCH GAME
Rules
-This game will be played with two teams and a total fourteen players (to cover each position)
-The positions are one Seeker, one Keeper, two Beaters, and three Chasers for every team.
-No previous Quidditch experience necessary.
-Each team will have one captain previously decided.
-Regular Quidditch rules apply.
-The Golden Snitch will not come into play until the THIRD ROUND.
-There will be no dirty-play of ANY KIND allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, Chasers checking each other, Beaters hitting others with their bats or purposely hitting Bludgers towards those not playing.
-Any attempt to seriously harm another player will not be accepted and that person will be kicked from the game with no replacement.
-At the end of every post, there should be a summary of the move you have chosen to play. Ex. Lilith hits Bludger towards Mark.
-Stats will not matter in this game as it is an unofficial match.
-The likelihood of making the Quaffle through the hoop, getting hit with a Bludger, dodging, etc. is all a matter of a simple dice roll. For example, if Chaser 1 writes that they have made an attempt at the goal and if the Keeper on the opposite team writes that they attempted to block the Quaffle, it will come down to who got the highest number on a dice roll. If they get the same number, the dice will be rolled again.
-No wands or spells of any kind are allowed in the air.
-200 words per post MINIMUM. Must be an RP style post.
-Each round is in an order of TEAM 1, TEAM 2, TEAM 1, TEAM 2, etc. Each new round will be announced by the referee (me). You can talk to each of your Captain's about what they want posting order to be like.
