Finding a friend or an enemy
Walking back to the Gryffindor common room from his last class. He was tired and didnt want to do his homework at all. He wasnt sure if he should go to the library or not, so he just passed by the library and continued walking to his common room. He found the stairs and went up them, and ended up in another corridor. Just then he realized he had taken the wrong stairs.
"Why are the stairs so confusing? My brother had to explain it to me so many times and I'm still confused. Well, i guess ill just continue going this way, Hopefully i end up to the Gryffindor common room soon," Allen thought.
Allen continued walking along the corridor and turned a corner. At this point, Allen had a feeling that he was lost, but he wasnt sure. He continued walking and saw a shadow walking towards him. He hopped that however was coming towards him could help him find his way towards the Gryffindor common room, unless the person is a student in a different house then him.
Closer, he noticed that the person was a girl around the same age as him, but a Ravenclaw. He wondered if he could make his first friend at the school but wasnt sure.

Finding a friend or an enemy
Finally, school was over and she was finally going to go to the common room. As she was climbing the stairs two by two, she looked in the direction he changed with excitement when she saw that the staircase she was on was moving. She thought maybe the staircase wanted to play games, and when the staircase stopped, she went up the stairs and entered the corridor before changing places again.
'I guess it'll take a while to get to the Common Room,' he thought. As she walked down the corridor, she was trying to figure out which floor she was on. It had been a short time since school had opened, so she hadn't memorized the routes yet.
While walking down the corridor, she saw someone's shadow in the distance. As she got a little closer, she saw that it was a Gryffindor boy around her age. She walked quickly towards the child. She went to the child and started talking in a cheerful and energetic voice.
"Hi. Which floor are we on right now? I still can't get used to the stairs changing direction. I think you'll go to your own common room. I can see your bag full of books."
Her own bag wasn't that light either, but if she was going to make a new friend, she could withstand the weight a little more.

He heard the girl talk to him. He wasn't sure what floor they were on, so it took him awhile to answer. He looked around trying to figure out what floor they were on. He then realized that he didn't know what floor they were on, so he answered,
"Hello. I'm not sure which floor we're on. I haven't memorized all the floors yet. I also don't know where my common room is. Maybe we could go find our common rooms together?"
Allen wasn't sure if the Ravenclaw girl would agree with his idea, but there was no shame in asking. If she didn't want to go along with him in finding their common rooms, then he'll just find his common room on his own, or another Gryffindor that could maybe help him.
Allen didn't mind the silence, he was just waiting for the girl to respond, but he wasn't sure if he should introduce himself or not. Allen did want to make friends, but he wasn't sure if the girl would be his friend or not.
"Maybe I should introduce myself to her. Maybe we could become friends," Allen thought. He then said,
"Uh, I'm Allen Brandon,"
Allen now just had to wait for the girl to answer his suggestion of walking to their common rooms together, and to tell him her name.
