Reducio Physical Description: Clementine is a grand total of 147 centimeters tall (4'8) with short, slightly wavy, white-ish blond hair. Her short stature consists of a rather small torso, short arms, but surprisingly long legs (relative to her torso). Her cheery grin is what distinguishes her as 'Clem' the most. Much like her surname, Clementine's green eyes are always piercing and perceiving; taking in everything surrounding her.
Reducio Mental Description: A bit of a mix between an ESFJ and ESTP personality type, Clementine tends to view life in a practical, yet personal way. Eager to help others and keep things interesting, she is often stepping in to give her (hopefully helpful) opinion, even when it may be unwanted. This can often lead to her seeming quite nosy or judgmental. In truth, however, all she wants is for everyone to feel loved, albeit in her own way. |

| .─ | History: Born during the early hours on the 21st day of the brand new year, Clementine's life began with the dawn of a sunrise. Clementine was raised by two loving parents in their townhouse in Worcester, UK. With a pureblood mother and a half-blood father, Clementine had always been exposed to both the world of magic and the muggle world. Her mother, Caroline Pierce, worked as a potioneer, supplying potions for the Apothecary at Carkitt market. Because of this, Clementine grew up in an environment that encouraged her to mix thoughts and theories and shake things up. Her father, Edwin Pierce, only further strengthened that interest in the strange and whimsical with his side job as a curator for the Museum of Muggle Curiosities. Clem and her younger sister, Clover (age 7), were both taught by their mother who took up a way of teaching that involved a lot of freedom to explore. As for her everyday life, Clementine fulfilled activities prepared by her mother to help her learn all the basic skills every child should know. This included subjects taught at primary schools (Maths, Language Studies, History, etc), as well as useful life skills such as cooking, sewing, gardening, doing the laundry, caring for a pet, and changing a tire. When her younger sister, Clover, was born, Clementine made it her mission to share all of her gathered knowledge with her sister. Over the years, the pair grew into quite the inseparable duo. Because they lived in a city block hosting a tight-knit community of wizard-born folk, the girls were collectively raised by everyone alongside the other children in the neighborhood. Every Christmas, the family would take a train to London, where her grandparents from her mother's side live. There they would spend Christmas day enjoying magically delicious baked goods and catching up with aunts, uncles, and cousins. At these big family gatherings, Clem could often be found interrogating her cousins, exchanging over-exaggerated stories of what mischief everyone had been up to. While her mother's side of the family were all purebloods, her father was a half-blood with an entirely different background. Edwin's father was a pureblood wizard who had gotten involved in a secret relationship with a muggle woman. Because the relationship was deemed disgraceful to the family name, the father left Edwin and the muggle woman to fend for themselves. However, Edwin inherrited his absent father's magic and graduated from Hogwarts. Now, the Pierce family still welcome Edwin's mother to stay at their home every summer. A few days after her eleventh birthday, an owl arrived with loud screeching at her bedroom window. Clem was just blinking the sleep out of her eyes, staring at her ceiling when the owl's noisy flapping drew her attention. As soon as she realized the letter was meant for her, she ran downstairs to the breakfast room to break the news. That day, there was delighted celebration and plans were made in preparation for the upcoming school year. First Instance of Magic: At the age of 8, Clem had been told to busy herself and help set the table for supper. Itching to be free from the chore, she opened the drawer to find the needed cutlery floating to the table. Both her parents were delighted to know that Clementine was able to use magic. They had no expectation of her being a squib, but were nonetheless reassured of their legacy in the Wizarding World. |
