For a long time, Elvenia always wanted a pet. She loves animals and always wanted her very own, but her parents refused, they told her she can only have one until she's in Hogwarts. Elvenia used to beg her parents to buy a pet for her, told them so many pros of getting one, she told them that she can take a good care of it, but unfortunately her parents were not convinced.

Now, it was a perfect time to ask her parents if she can get one, it was haloween! They can't refuse her now! After getting approval from her parents, saying that she was now old enough to look after her pet, Elvenia was over the moon, she jumped up and down in joy. She decided to go to Diagon Alley right that instance. While walking in Diagon Alley, she looked at every one of the shops, it was indeed very interesting. After a while she reached the pets shop. 2 shopkeepers looking really nice smiled at her. They had white hair. Elvenia smiled back at them, she was so excited that she nearly ran to the animals section.

Elvenia was now really confused, which pet to buy? She should have asked her parents maybe? She thought. She strolled through the shop, looking at every kind of animals, analyzing them and thinking which animal will be her perfect match. She looked at owls white, brown, orange there were all kinds of them. "Owls are useful of course, maybe I can get an owl?" Elvenia muttered to herself.
"Maybe I should check others as well" she said. Elvenia reached the toads, snakes and then spiders but none of them seemed like a perfect match.

Elvenia moved on to the cats section. She saw many kinds of cat, after looking at each one of them she reached to a fluffy looking cat of white color, it has pretty blue eyes, and Elvenia instantly fell in love with it. The cat reached to her and licked her hand, at that moment she knew which animal she is going to get. She gently picked up the cat, "I'm going to take great care of you... but what should I name you? uhh yes Snowball!!" she was really happy to finally have a great pet. The cat licked her once again and she went up to the shopkeeper.

After a few minutes later, she walked out of the shop carrying her own new pet, Snowball! She can't wait to show her new cat to her Hogwarts friends.
