mari hugged her tight lifting her off the ground surprisingly. she laughed and patted mari on the back to signal her to let go of reese. that was such a tight hug, and she couldnt remember when she last felt one like that. it was amazing, so! what do you want to do today? i feel pretty chill, why dont we sit and talk. and watch people fail to get around on the staircases? she added cruelly.

it was like a sport for rie, randomly sitting down on the floor next to wall and giggling when someone tripped and didn't catch their staircase. it was hilarious, and her friends would compete to see which person they picked would get around fastest. it was a kond of thjng she wanted to share with mari, but really making new games would be a moment that would stay forever. in both liv's and reese's hearts.

she pulled mari slowly out of the basements, trying to run off with the thoughts of rumors she had heard. that place was fricking creepy, though aries wasnt exactly worried if mari could go in with her. she smiled just at the thought of being in a horror film with mari, trying to get out. lets go! she muttered running out as fast as she could upstairs, racing through the halls and tearing through locks of her own cocoa hair.

After Mari gives Rie a hug, she laughs and pats her on the back and Mari lets her go, Sounds good to me, and the last part too! But today I can’t “judge” because the same thing just happened to me. ! By the way, why are you here, we're close to the basements, and it's private, I'm there because...stairs!! Always the stairs!!The stairs were something abnormally unpredictable, Mari had never been to the muggle world, she never wanted to for some inexplicable reason, but if she ever were she would really like to see what the stairs were like there , and going down a staircase that didn't move the whole time... it was a dream!

Falling people was one of Mari's weaknesses, even though she was a very close friend of hers, she couldn't stop laughing, only later did she try to help, it was one of the things that Mari wanted to change, but couldn't.
Reese seemed to feel the same way.

Rie pulls Mari and starts running to get out of there, which they really needed"Let's go!", says Mari also running to get out of the basement, and running up the stairs that lead to another corridor, " I hope the same thing doesn't happen to us on the stairs" Mari says grumbling, hoping that doesn't happen, it would be enough to make a mistake once, she didn't want that to happen to her again!

she smiled and gave mari some space to walk beside her as they made their way to the top hallway near the gryffindor common room. chill out liv! oh look! aries layghed and pointed at a young hufflepuff girl. quote funny is it not? but lets talk to eachother as well.

she settled her back against the wall amd brimmed with joy. reese cleared her throat, so. any love life? she asked. after that, she showed absolutely no regret, but had to cover her nouth from erupting into a hysterical fit of laughter and giggles. it was a funny topic, but something felt right anout it to discuss with mari.

maybe it was the fact that they were best friends now after only a few interactions. we have to plan more parties and events together. aries thought, adding a mental note to her mental journal. she looked up, facing mari.

Mari and Ries continued walking down the halls and Reese felt Mari a little tense, Mari smiled upon hearing Reese's statement "True!" Mari says in a joking tone, also leaning against the wall ready to talk to Aries.

Mari sat back looking up noticing the details of the ceiling and looked at Rie when she was surprised by her question. Mari held her breath for a few seconds and then let out a heavy sigh "No! Not right now, what about you?" Mari asked Reese, that would probably be a good conversation starter that would lead to other topics.

Mari had an inexplicable urge to ask Ries about the Muggle world, Mari never wanted to know anything about it, Mari didn't like the Muggle world, her other best friend was a year older than her, and was mixed race, and whenever Mari came the subject of the Muggle world that she never wanted to hear, but for some reason Mari at that moment would perhaps like to know a little about what Aries' life was like in the... Muggle world!
